Mamoon, I highly advise against it. You will be on the path to losing your best friend, I'm serious about this. Think about what will happen when you get in a fight with this girl. And this will happen at some point in your relationship, you two will hit a rough patch. Obviously your best friend will support his sister. He will start to see you in a different light. He will wonder why you, despite being his best friend, mistreats his sister like this. And you, on the other hand, will wonder why your best friend no longer has your back. Yeah it's his sister, but surely he should trust you, right? Nope, it's a messy situation that you should do your best to avoid. In fact, and I'm telling you this from experience, only date people that you have no mutual friends with. That way, even if things go wrong (like in most cases), it won't affect any of your existing relationships.

Haters gonna Hate, Mammon. You proceed with your fighting spirit. :misbah

Just Say to ur friend 'Chalo Bhaai, Hum chotte saalon se bada dosth hein. yeh Dosthy hume aur badna chaahiye. Unhi keliye Ek hi Solution hein. Tum mera Saala banjaao. To hamara relation pakka hojayega..!! Am ready to sacrifice my own life just for the sake of you my friend. Just for the sake of You!!( should weep a Little)'

In my case,it was actually the opposite.had a serious crush on my brother's best friend while in school.i declared it openely infront of my brother(was so naive then) and since then,i have never seen him anywhere near my house. :(
Older brother? It makes sense, he may have seen you as his best mates kid sis.

Bros before...well you know.

Statistically speaking, Mamoon will mess things up with the girl and their relationship will end. And then he won't have a best friend anymore. Foolish move in my opinion.

We'll worry about all that later.

Hmm, I can't deny that this holds a lot of truth.

I don't plan on a relationship. I will simply tell him that I'd like to marry her sister one day :shehzad

So keep her safe and sound for me :waqar

Saw her coming back from college that day and my eyes popped out of their sockets like in the cartoons. :fawad
Be glad you don't go to a NZ university there's plenty of eyes out of socket type girls :))

If you said that to me I would probably knock you out.

Not trying to offend or anything like that but that's just the natural reaction of a brother :moyo

Topic-less thread / The latest Mamoon issue

Mamoon, my brother, Chaiwala makes sense in his posts.

DeadlyVenom, Varun etc. all want to push you into it so that they can one day enjoy a good, entertaining YouTube video of yourself being beaten by her brother, who happens to be your friend.

But, heart and love..... bit of a delicate, relentless issue, isn´t it? Therefore, be patient, hold your feelings to yourselves and try to win her heart and that of her family as well. How? I suggest you to offer free services to the family as a driver, maybe butler, or something.

There you go, advice from PP's love guru :malik

Thanks! Man, the issue here is that the modern generation sees my methods to be a bit impractical, but what´s the harm in trying at least?

If, God forbid, it doesn´t work, then Mister Mamoon will at least have a tragic story to tell others.

"The hurt you embrace becomes joy" - Rumi.

He will hence become a poet, a saint etc. You see, I never guarantee success, but I always guarantee fame.

^ I would be the guy mocking Mamoon for days on end if he failed :))

All in good fun though

Also, guys, always keep one thing in mind: Never jump on it, or her in this case, and wait before expressing it. Take time, let the feelings nurture further in your heart. See her smiling face from far, talk to yourself and build the intensity. Whilst all this goes on, I will never advise you against stalking her as chances are that she might hook up with someone else during your waiting period.

There´s a famous Urdu saying which goes like, "How can the expressing of feelings have more joy than the wait for it?"

Also, listening to songs is highly recommended to let it blossom even more in the barren soil of your heart, devoid of love before this.

This! This mocking by the world adds more fun to your hurt. This is much needed to make him a lover of the highest class.

But what if that brother is your best friend forever?

A girl should not say maybe. It ruins "If I asked you out, would your answer be the same as your answer to this question?".

The hot presenter thread has got deleted, a shame tbh.

Rightly so, I knew it would be anyway, many similar sort of threads have been deleted previously. Some people get carried away and that was not expected from a economics student :ajmal

Anyway, I think there was thread similar to this, I don't know if it's still there, you would probably get banned for hijacking that one too :wahab

PS: I don't care about those sorts of threads, it's usually just a waste of posting, but it's fun seeing others posting :wasim

So what?

Doesn't matter its natural instinct, you should talk to your mate first and make sure he's comfortable with it. But don't come out and say you love her and want to make her your wife that's just too much to process too quick.

So whos tricko treating and whos giving out candy?

Still got two pieces of homework to do for Monday and tomorrow I doubt I'll get much done because of the match.

That's nice Major it's just that in my area a lot of people don't go trick o treating so can't actually give out sweets.

I dont know. The number of trick or treaters have decreased over the years. Probably because of more brown people coming in

Topic-less thread (23rd Birthday of Ellyse Perry)

As it is exactly 0:00 AM in Sydney, I would like to wish a very, very, very, very Happy Birthday to Ellyse Perry.

A lot of challenges lie ahead such as the Women´s Ashes at home soon and the ICC Women´s World T20 in Bangladesh next year. I wish her all the best and hope that any injuries do not cause a hurdle. I hope she stays fit and will deliver some dream performances. It is been a year with mixed results: She won the ICC Women´s ODI World Cup, herself delivering a great all-round performance in the final, and soon followed the ankle injury, then the surgery, the infection on it, then again the surgery, and of course bit of a disappointing Women´s Ashes tour of England where, although she batted pretty well, her bowling left a lot to be desired. But that is how the game goes. You don´t always get the desired results. Anyways, you can´t change the past, and as it is anyway, I should be happy with the good results that there were this year.....

Dhonis posts on Ellyse Perry remind me of the Abrar ul Haq song where he says

8 saal hoye ni saday 1 way affair no, hun ta nikkah kar le.

Post of the week! Awesome accuracy in song selection:)):))), but it has been five days short to 13 months to be exact!

But hey man, good to see you referring to a Punjabi song. Do you understand the language?

Also, wait a moment.......

Sounds like you need a man to take you shopping and protect you.

:afridi

.... which song fits into this situation, and your continuous attempts?

*Kaayal, I am joking.*
