This card looks far better than what we actually got. Punk winning the World title against Gunther would have been epic. It's a shame they went the other route. Gave Jey Uso a largely pointless World title reign and unnecessarily buried Gunther in the process. And as good as the three-way was, an unfortunate by-product of that match was the Rollins faction, which has largely been a flop. Also would have loved the US title and IC title Ladder matches because multi-man ladder matches used to be such an iconic staple of WrestleMania that I used to love.

This will get to any wrestling fan by the end, what a video, much better then the terrible narration by H last week. Teared up unexpectedly, and that might just be because Hogan was pro-wrestling incarnate.

It's just complete case of conning the fans. When they do a one night it's 5 matches, 3 of which are you could see on any episode of RAW.

One thing I will say though is that it touches on the history between Punk and H by offering unfiltered takes from both guys.

I almost believe that they are on good terms now, even if they still don't like each other deep down

Bro I am just half an hour into it, this piece of crap man, everything wrong about the product is all his fault, he admits to his soulless booking style quiet literally, and what an attention whore with the ‘can I get a pic to break the internet’, the first 15 mins it’s just him big-ging himself up with the help of all his yes men. And what I’ve ben saying for years is quiet true, CM Punk is in the WWE mainly due to TKO/Netflix & Nick Khan, when Punk reached out while he was still with AEW, it wasn’t Vince who low balled him, it was H, and Vince took the hit; H literally exposed himself here by saying he did not believe Punk had changed, I wouldn’t fall for the way their on-screen relationship is these days, it’s more a matter off H being forced to work with the bigger star/asset, Punk has matured but H is only reciprocating because stunting Punk’s presentation is too above his own pay grade. If I kept a notepad with me, I am sure there’s a lot more which I’d point out about 4/10, but to sum up the first half, this is my favourite bit:

‘Rhea & Liv have been feuding for 3 years.’

I had no idea he was talking about when he was in AEW and came to RAW once. That's literally like 2 years ago. I was under the impression that their relationship had improved when Punk was supposed to make a return back in 2019. That's interesting. Yeah in that case I completely agree with you. At the same time, I am really impressed to see how much Punk has matured over the years. He has achieved everything there is to achieve (which may why there is no real cause for friction)and just seems content and happy. And its surprising how genuine he comes off in a show where alot of people like H come off as really fake.

4/10 don’t even know there are extras on a show he is booking, too interested in getting pica taken for the internet

H really tried to give a big star like Cena a pep talk & got embarrassed, John really got him there, are you really insinuating that Cena shouldn’t mess up? Like what the hell have you done in this business that remotely compares to 1% of Cena’s legendary run?

It’s an interesting watch but H is doing more damage to this sport then Kenny Omega ever did with his blow-up dolls, at least the latter concedes that should never have happened, H is still the same piece of sh!t he was in the 90’s & 2000’s, as he is today. Do we really need to know the ins & outs of how matches are produced and what they get up to in Gorilla ? He’s so petty and am sure he would go this low to antagonise his father-in-law.

There were parts of this which I did like, and this could be an engaging watch without breaking kayfabe in a way which has never been done before. Isn’t it great to see how involved ex-TNA stars are with their production ? Abyss is just fantastic, thank God he let the Netflix main-event go on as long as it did because that was special, and good on Regal for giving him support, Prichard can go fish himself, and let that be the biggest fish out there.

Bruce making patronizing/passive aggressive comments just pissed me off. But I really liked how Regal stepped in and acted like the voice of reason there. What a consummate pro and someone WWE are lucky to have.

Whether it was when Punk joined Fox or that time when he approached H in through the Mizz in the parking lot which I seem to feel he was referring to, the roadblock each time has been H, it just doesn’t make sense to me that Vince would have low balled him, he made $$$ with Punk and would have seriously considered the prospect of his return. Just think how H vetoed Chyna for so many years, he has never been a professional even in a suit.

Punk was a changed man when he returned to wrestling, it was AEW who bought out his worst and even then he did his best to remain focussed on the business. All the interviews Punk had done before his big comeback, during his run in AEW & later when he was back in WWE indicate to me how desperate he was to be a mentor for the current stars of today, he had that itch to wrestle and needed to get back in the ring, there’s also a book he read I can’t recall the name but it essentially highlights how despite having differences in the pro-wrestling world you can still work together to achieve common goals by settling old beefs, that played a big part in his change in mindset and it made him reach out to all those he had problems with and this was when he wasn’t even contracted as a WWE worker, his transformation is honestly genuine, sure all the top stars will have some ego and attitude, but he lets that go when the bell rings opposed to backstage.

I think Bull Ray summed up my feelings best & he has a working relationship with the WWE, the fact that he went out of his way to say what he did says it all, H is prostituting the business in the same way he weasel’d his way to the top, I’ve never known a more insecure and pathetic individual in wrestling, unlike Hogan and others who actually meant something, I don’t care if H somehow ends the war in the middle east, he will never get a eulogy from me. His entire gimmick is full of fakery and it’s a god damn shame that Owen Hart passed away because the game persona was meant for him.

Man Prichard can drop dead seriously, what a piece or crap, isn’t it ironic, that the two biggest turds in the WWE are seated right next to each other. Every single WWE match that doesn’t feel manufactured generally is produced by Abyss, and the way those suits shout in their ears makes me wonder how much of the matches we see can be truly attributed to the performers choices unless they have influence.

Punk killed if honestly, that was a special match, I raved about it then and I will do even now 6 months later, it’s possible this match may end up being his most memorable, potentially more then the WM main-event, there’s only ever going to be one debut show on Netflix and he delivered massively, that was Rollins best match in like forever to.

Looking at the clips of Cena's heel turn and Trips taking all the credit for it, can't help but feel that the whole debacle that was afterwards till that Mania mainevent, all the blame goes to Trips as well. @RedwoodOriginal
He's saying he was the one who came up with the heel turn. And everyone was burying Rock for forcing himself in that angle never to be heard from again.
Dwayne on the other hand has maintained that he never wanted anything to do with Mania mainevent this year and wanted all the spotlight on Cena.

That was the bit that really got me mad, like the audacity, he is proving everything we’ve ever said about him and more.

Also, isn’t it interesting there is no coloured member in his team, both lower level staff & senior…….Nick Khan was bought in by Vince, that was a masterstroke of a hiring for the company.
