Looks like triple twitter is letting fans take the wheel perhaps as much as he may hate not being in control.
Gunther, Punk vs Cena, Truth coming back and embracing his TNA persona.
Honestly no need to be ashamed. Rather listen to fans than make it some random crapshoot of just pushing favorites
Now have some random stipulation match where Truth takes the briefcase off Seth Hemsley as @shaz619 said
Nah this guy h is not good enough to be Dexter, he is more like that trinity killer, puts up a facade of smiling with fans and fools the gullible ones, but those with the Dexter instinct can sniff him out easily
Unfortunately like Dexter we underestimated him, and thought it was over when he retired, how wrong were we
I liked the first four seasons but I was never that enamored by it to continue watching beyond that. Pretty good show just not one I would put among my favorites.I am rewatching again bro before the prequel series is out, I am on s1, I think I watched 4-5 seasons in the past and didn’t finish, but re-watching again, the show is so good bro, one of the best ever imo. Streaming is great, but I feel the network TV era produced some of the greatest shows in history within the known constraints; it’s like those limitations improved the quality of writing which was more focussed. It’s an odd way of looking at it, wonder what @RedwoodOriginal thinks as well.
It’s relevant to wrestling to, because am not sure what advantage H has exploited from being on Netflix in anyway; it’s just more convinient for the end-user to access the content all in one place.

His way of throwing us a bone. Although somehow I feel this is just a way for him to clear the way for his adopted son Seth Cringelord Helmsley to cash in on Gunther, after Oldberg screws him or whatever.Booking to twitter seems very dumb when you consider the build up to these major segments; one month Gunther is working Pat MaCafe and next month this, like what the heck![]()
Another possibility is Sami Zayn winning KOTR, beats Gunther at SummerSlam, only for Seth to cash in. Then Sami has to go through the gauntlet by winning the Royal Rumble from #1 or #2, which could happen considering its in Saudi and WWE would want that reaction. Basically, a slightly different version of the Daniel Bryan story. Unfortunately that would mean Rollins having a loooong reign, as Sami would need to beat him at WrestleMania for the story to work. And I'm not sure if I want to see another Seth Rollins world title reign.
Not exactly a high bar to compare withTo be fair though, his title reign was a million times better then Seth Rollins run as the inaugural champion, and we’re about to be put through the meat grinder by the cringe lord very soon
Drive him off to AEWWhat is the direction with AJ Styles? Would love to read the doofus’s diary. Triple B, Big Bald B@st@rd.
They would have thought about it as soon as they decided the Rumble was happening in Saudi. No one winning there would mean more. Plus, going by Triple H's booking pace, considering the fact that Sami got over 2 years ago, 3 years is about the average time for when you finally receive that world title push. It’s possible that H would book this knowing the Jews of TKO will be getting rid of him soon; can’t be a coincidence that numerous stars have been able to express their allegiances even if they are subtle like Becky Lynch’s indirect support for Palestine this week.
To be honest, I don't think even he is that stupid. Because that'd be it. It would run off the smart fans whose approval he desperately seeks from time to time.Lets take a few steps back, what if the plan is to job Gunther to Logan Paul for the title; isn’t that the logical step for H after he made him bend over for Jey? Gunther was literally @ss kissing Logan so openly just a few weeks ago

I was thinking who actually had a good title reign was with Triple H belt and the only name that came to mind was Drew McIntyre. And that reign lasted all of 5 minutes and 46 seconds. Says alot about how this (supposedly) world title belt has been booked. That’s a H issue though and a big slap in his face
Gunther v Jey Uso was fantastic. Probably the best singles match of Jey Uso's career. The genuine shock of the crowd at the finish really elevated the match. Because while they foreshadowed it, most people still expected Jey to retain. I wish this was the end of it but I think he will probably win the belt again at some point.
Cena v Punk in Saudi for the WWE Championship is not something I had on my bingo card in 2020.
I would recommend seeing this match in full because it shows what Jey Uso is capable of if he has someone leading him. More than anything, it was a great example of knowing what to do when. The match had some nice ebbs and flows and the crowd was with it throughout. They actually give Jey a nice little out with him having damaged ribs but at the same time Guntehr was merciless and still dominated the match for the most part.Because I’ve seen them do everything by now and also knew the finish in advance, I skipped to the last 10 mins which were good to be fair. Outside a handful of performers/matches, the style they work is increasingly formulaic. And yeah wouldn’t be a shock if that title is back around Jey’s waist by SummerSlam; how can we top making Gunther tap to drop the title the first time round. I am not sure about the Berg match, every week you read something about him getting injured just getting out of bed or something.
I actually enjoyed AJ vs Gable more, you see things even stuff that appears minor that you wont see from anyone else; like that sell of the german suplex, AJ still got it so late on his career which is freaky, damn shame he is being wasted.

I actually didn't like AJ v Gable at all because I don't think it even went 5 minutes. If you wanna give AJ an easy win there are plenty of other people on the roster you can do that with.
Same here. It'll be on at like 10pm here. Usually WWE PLEs start at like 4 AMBest thing for me is the timing, I wont have to stay up for it so a big middle finger to all the fans in the US. Wont be missing it hopefully.

Since they started streaming on Netflix, I've seen WrestleMania Night One and Backlash live. Before that I didn't because it was a b*tch to find a free stream.Do you ever watch anything live? Saudi events I usually do and also the Rumble’s and Mania, although it wasn’t until WM 38 or 39 I started watching them live again. Start time for us is normally between 12-1am.
I know more matches is not ideal in terms of value, but I can go to bed early lol
No cap brother
I don't hate him and full props to him for getting over and proving everyone who saw him as a 'tag team wrestler' wrong. But he just isn't world champion material in my opinion. And his work has not improved much since becoming champion. He's a strong babyface but I would never put the world title on him. There are too many deserving guys ahead in line who can't even get their hands on a mid-card belt. Even here I would give most of the credit to Gunther for leading Jey through a main-event caliber world title match. Ultimately. you're right in that it all boils down to incoherent booking and bad timing. Not knowing what to do, or when to do it. And as a result numerous far more talented guys are falling by the wayside.I trust Jey’s abilities, I’ve seen enough of him to say he could be a credible main-eventer, I actually suggested he should be pushed higher up the card after his programmes with Reigns during the inception of the tribal chief character; he played a big part in that. He can have great matches with pretty much everyone, gets the ‘WWE style’ really well and his biggest strength is the story-telling. However, his decision making between the ropes can be inconsistent and he is guilty of not taking himself too seriously; but honestly, he earned my respect as champion, yes, there have been weak WHC’s, but I don’t think Jey has been in a terrible match during his entire run and he has been consistent, and the people are always behind him as well. I would like to see him strip the bs a little and show more intensity. The biggest problem that many have is the incoherent booking and the awful timing of who gets pushed when. Not everyone can be champ, and Jey’s time is now, but it’s a bitter pill when the more natural performers have been left in the dust.
I think I was looking for that kind of match which didn’t go on too long and regardless of length, AJ is the one guy I know is going to make it worth my time and while anyone could do the job, those two could make the short time they had a bit fun. They are doing this thing where Chad Gable can’t win any matches but El Grande can![]()
I reckon Cena will want to do it. But I dunno man. Cena does not look great. More than the quality of the matches, I worry about him. Because everything he does seems really painful on his body. I don't know if he's being overcareful or what but I just hope he doesn't get injured.Maybe Styles is starting to get some W’s again because he could be another Cena opponent
That much needs to happen before the farewell tour is over.
Still surprised that AJ has not faced the Tribal Chief incarnation of Reigns, came very close a few times. With both men being faces, the match is further away. Same issue with Punk I suppose; you can only sell it properly in the WWE if one or the other is a heel.
Probably why his new finisher is BTF. Belt to face instead of needlessly doing a heavy fireman carry of AA and hurting himselfI reckon Cena will want to do it. But I dunno man. Yeah that checks out. I think the best thing you can do with him is what Randy Orton did. A slow, deliberately-paced match with a bunch of bells and whistles. More wrestlers need to understand this, instead of just going out there and getting their s**t in.Probably why his new finisher is BTF. Hahahaha. This guy is quite a character though. He may have been the most over person on that show. While his stuffed iguana was probably the most over thing on the show.H was poaching from Shawn and now he’s coming after the Mexicans like JBL in his prime:
I love AJ but I would have believed this in a heartbeat after I found out he's a flat-earther

The positive thing that he can now get really popular in the U.S. because he has that type of a gimmick. They could make a killing by selling those stuffed iguanas too.

Naomi's Twitter is GOLD lmao. She has taken over Drew McIntyre's crown

Lol. You can tell they thought long and hard about that storyline.
I don't mind these types of matches but I wouldn't have beaten Gable after he just lost to Vikingo. If anything, Gable should have been winning a match in 4 minutes tonight to restore his credibility, but then again this isn't really a booker who uses his brain.
Hearing rumors now that he may be the fourth man in the KOTR qualifying Four Way on RAW.And if they fire him, he will make even more money in the indies, we need a Daniel Bryan emoji
Speaking of JBL and your comments on him earlier, Taker pretty much said the same as you recently on his podcast about how he’s his most underrated & under-appreciated star.
This feels more like a Christopher Nolan movie directed by Tyler PerryBasically, H thinks that what he is doing with Gable & El Grande, is what Nolan was doing with Memento
JBL was one of my favourites growing up. He was the ultimate heel. I have fond memories of watching him in 04-05 days.Hearing rumors now that he may be the fourth man in the KOTR qualifying Four Way on RAW.
JBL gets alot of flak because fans who have never met him and don't know him think he was a "bully" backstage. Wrestling fans need to seriously grow up.
I can think of very few examples where someone from the midcard/undercard rebranded themselves as a main-eventer so successfully. JBL deserves his flowers.

Gable is making it work because he's just that talented, but you can;t deny that its pretty goofy stuff. At MITB, Wade Barrett was having a passionate discussion with Cole about how he could tell it wasn't Gable under the mask by looking at El Grande's nipples.
Does anyone believe it was some creative genius of Triple H to fire R Truth so that he could come back as Ron Killings? Triple H is creatively bankrupt, so there is no way he thought of this genius move. Truth only came back due to the pressure from the fans. Anyway, I am glad that he is back. I hope he gets a run as a world champion. He deserves it. If Jey Uso can win the world title, why can't Ron Killings?
There was a real vacuum on SD created by the departure of Lesnar. WWE needed a strong heel to step in and bring some credibility back to the belt and the blue brand. JBL stepped into that role perfectly and had a pretty fantastic run as WWE Champion.JBL was one of my favourites growing up. He was the ultimate heel. The whole thing about him being a bully backstage is from modern-day snowflakes who can't handle old-fashioned tough men like JBL.
I can't believe people are even saying this. It's so stupid. Triple H was probably the first person who cut him and if anything, is likely very pi$$ed that he has to listen to the fans, instead of feeding us the garbage he has been feeding us since the start of the year.Does anyone believe it was some creative genius of Triple H to fire R Truth so that he could come back as Ron Killings? Ranking (10 = worst booked, 1 = least offensive)So far triple kutta has killed off the momentum in the last few years for:
AJ Styles
Sami Zayn
LA Knight
Kross
Damien Priest
Drew McIntyre
and arguably Chad Gable if you consider Americano a seperate entity.
He has been doing the “I am going to ruin wrestling” gimmick far longer than John Cena
What the hell is he doing with Drew? He’s the next big main eventer after Roman and as big of a star as him, And he’s fighting for us titles?… what a joke

Damien Priest (6/10) - I don't see it in Damien Priest, but if you put the World title on him the least you could have done is put him in feuds with credible, top-level guys who can elevate him. I don't see how the world title has helped him at all.
Kross (6.5/10) - Got over on his own like two months ago. And since then he has wrestled a grand total of zero matches on RAW. Probably because they are scared that he will get a big reaction and then there will be more pressure on them to do something with him.
Sami Zayn (7.5/10) - buried multiple times eventhough the fans were ready to go all-in on him as a top babyface. Elimination Chamber will always be the highlight, but atleast he has some kind of an arc with a possible future.
Drew McIntyre (8/10) - He was arguably the most interesting wrestler in the entire company coming out of that feud with Punk. So ofcourse H booked him in a feud with Priest so he could kill both their momentum with one stone. I think he would appreciate the time-off to save himself from Triple H's booking. Atleast for the time being.
Gable (9/10) - Remember when he turned heel? That whole arc played out so organically because of his masterful characterwork. The time was ripe to put the IC title on him and get a nice short run before putting the belt back on Sami. It's astonishing how he hasn't held a singles title in WWE till now.
AJ Styles (9.5/10) - basically a useless midcarder now who hasn't been in a real feud since he wrestled Cody.
LA Knight (11/10) - By far the worst treated wrestler on the roster. Guy has been over for 3 years now and all he has to show for it are a couple of lousy US title runs. Guy has been stuck in the Bloodline vortex for seemingly an eternity. It's almost as if they are hoping for the fans to go cold on him and yet he keeps getting huge reactions every single week.
There was a real vacuum on SD created by the departure of Lesnar. WWE needed a strong heel to step in and bring some credibility back to the belt and the blue brand. JBL stepped into that role perfectly and had a pretty fantastic run as WWE Champion.
If a wrestler has that opinion then fair enough. Maybe he was bullied. But for fans to say something like this is pretty stupid. It's not like Hogan, where there is so much stuff and its so obvious that everyone has caught on.
That's one way to get over with your 'final boss'
I hope Ron Killings shows up at that LaGreca clowns yard like Brian Phillman in the 90’s
That's not a bad idea but I would want him to go to AEW. AJ v Ospreay has the potential sell-out Wembley, or at the very least, draw them a similar crowd to what they drew in 2023. Matches with Omega, Swerve, Joe could also draw alot of interest and PPV buys. Above all, he will be treated like a god in that promotion by the wrestlers, the fans and the booker because they are all marks.Nothing hurts me more then seeing AJ Styles treated like this, he should be booked like Shawn was in his twilight. What has this man not given to wrestling, heck, he helped Taker retire man.
I honestly would love to see him in NXT instead and inserted into the dynamic between that brand & TNA, him regaining the TNA world title would be special and Shawn would treat him like gold. I know it will be considered a step down but I am desperate and value NXT more than RAW, if it wasn’t for CM Punk, Cody, Cena & Sami Zayn I don’t think I’d be interested in the main roster stuff. AJ vs Trick, Oba, Evans, Moose, Mustafa Ali, Jeff Hardy & Joe Hendry would be better then this garbage treatment, I don’t know why fans have not rioted yet. Just this week fans were very behind AJ but they are sort of subdued like their balls have been chopped off after watching their hero get abused week after week, the spirit within is dead.
both have the same iq as well and cut incoherent long promos no one understands
These two are still best mates I bet
Speaking of that, where has Randy been since Backlash? Injured? There's been no follow up after his match with CenaAnd that was arguably their best singles match ever
Cena looked pretty good in the final burst at MITB. That was the quickest he's looked since his full time days.Probably why his new finisher is BTF. Belt to face instead of needlessly doing a heavy fireman carry of AA and hurting himself
Yeah Wade Barrett is fantastic as the heel commentatorThey should put Cole in another role because Wade has been outstanding.
Is there anybody who would mark out for the league of nations besides me if they reunited![]()
Now that I think about it, it all started to go downhill for Moxley once he went bald. Even in AEW the early part of his run was fantastic when he was feuding with Jericho for the World title.

Thing is, I'm not sure if he is that interested. He has reportedly turned them down once and IIRC wasn't he planning on doing a retirement tour before he got injured? Btw, if he really is planning to retire soon as a wrestler, wouldn't you, as a booker want to get as much out of him and his name value as you possibly can?
Styles vs Dwayne would be fantastic. Whatever people say about him, he held his own in that Mania match unlike the other returnees and legends did. And that match went for 40 mins.I don’t think he has that same itch to have matches with those guys, as good as Ospreay could potentially be, AJ is more motivated to have matches with legends, if Sting was still active, TK could have offered that, but then again, they’ve worked before. AJ even wanted to work with Triple Doofus, so I think he will be happy if he gets to work so e major programmes with the likes of Cena, Punk & Reigns before he is out, heck maybe even The Final Boss? But I feel these are out of his reach atm. I think that Kurt Angle is in his other ear to, Kurt regrets his TNA run in hid prime because the vast portion of global wrestling fans missed that, and from a legacy POV he wished he retired in the WWE at the top of his game. Unfortunately when he came to the WWE, because they had him do non-wrestling roles, it completely shut his body down & he lost hid form at the top-end of his matches. AJ probably has similar sentiments, he perhaps wants to go out as a WWE employee and be remembered a lot longer for it, I think if he was maybe 5-6 years younger then he could make a case for that big TK bag, never say never though.
lol what a stupid way to bring him back without any explanation as to why he was gone in the first place after such an abrupt end to a very good program. Even Cody's return felt way out of place at SNME.He's in a KOTR qualifying 4 Way this week on SD
