260 is a winning total. pakistani batsmen needs to bat really well. somebody needs to score a hundred here.
 
One positive is that ironically the big total will ease the pakistan nerves somewhat...they surely realise they have very little to lose and must just go out and go for it ...it comes off they win...it doesn't well...........2 out of 3 ain't bad...
 
It will take once in a lifetime sort of batting for a u19 batting lineup (or even a senior one) to chase down 250+ under lights against a quality bowling attack in a WC semi-final.

Especially a batting lineup as fragile and out of form as the Pakistani one
 
The key will rest with a good start, we cannot afford to lose more than 1 wicket in the first 15 overs. As long as Umar Akmal bats for 15 overs the game is ours to win. It won't be easy chasing such a huge score under lights, but its definately possible and we bat all the way down to number 8.
 
I don't think we are as out of this game as the classic pakpassion wrist slitting is making out. These boys have chased down some massive totals in recent times. This wont be anything new for them and they have done it before.

Key is a good start.

quarter past. They are bachas so they get a 45 minute break in between innings for their orange squash and biscuits.

Another 7 or 8 minutes by my watch.

S.A opener bowls it at 140 plus according to the one com..... and looks like he's got a lot of filling out to do ...promising .....not that we need anymore bowlers at national level for a few years....already good players like zondeki have to be left out...

got to be honest....that arm looked less that perfectly straight in that last shot.... :)))

Shoaib is double jointed, his elbow bends both ways. Cleared many times!
 
Why did they send Shan Masood ahead of Umar Amin? Amin showed in the last game that he was a good batsman. Is Masood a hitter or something?

That's a silly excuse . Bending arm = bending arm = unfair advantage......there is no rational way to tell me breaking the rules because of genetics is acceptible .

He doesn't bend his arm. It extends backwards (hyper extension).

Anyway....already been discussed endlessly on here.

Pakistan 52 for 2 now. These two are batting well....need to keep going.
 
These two are getting us back into the game.

59 for 2 now.
 
Pakistan need to be 89 for 2 after 20 overs to win.

If it continues to rain!
 
Hopefully it rains and only 8 overs more are possible.

29 runs off 8 overs should be reachable :)
