It makes no sense for the whole of PTI leadership to be also behind bars. If they all are killed, PTI will rinse away within months. If God forbid anything happens to Imran, he would have wanted his senior members to be out there fulfilling the change he worked for. I would go further and ensure PTI workers and supporters defend the other leaders.
There are high ranking officers in the armed forces who support Imran, the best outcome here would be an internal coup in the army. The longer the country is in chaos and violence, the more likely.

This is the point, the coup will end the generals power over politics. There are so many rats who were placed by Americans and others, while the majority of the Pak forces are loyal to the country. Get rid of these snakes, hang them if possible to show this can no longer go on.

He was not arrested by the civil police, he was arrested by the rangers who did not have authority

In my opinion, despite Imran Khan's previous mistake of trusting establishment, he has shown enough balls of steel and resilience against military high command to move forward, forgive his previous mistake and start supporting him.
I can't say anything about senior PTI leadership but the local PTI supporters and Imran Khan need backing and salute for showing the courage that we have rarely witnessed by masses previously.

That university case is still a very legal case, and in that case Imran is guilty along with Malik Riaz
But the thing is that case is ongoing, he has been arrested because he talked against the army. That case is just being used right now, but Imran isn't innocent in that case.
He basically facilitated Malik Riaz with that money and htan Malik riaz gave him land to make univeristy which has only 35 students.
My univeristy did not offer a course if only less than 10 students signed up for it

In a democracy no one is above criticism, you cannot arrest someone for critisizing someone. Basically its like Pakistan govt arresting you for making a post against Rizwan.
Yes it needs to turn into public vs Army, it was always needed, this is what was always requried. It should always be PUBLIC VS THE ARMY. The army is under civilian govt not above it.
Like i said, there is history of Pakistan that needs to be studied to understand these things.
Pakistan army isnt like your uk army, its a different story altogether. The Pakistan army decides who becomes PM and whose term as pm is ended.

To eliminate the army influence once and for all. To show them that the people of Pakistan can stand up to them which they have only done when when Zulfiqar existed or his son made a rebel group. But the army defeated them and had them killed.
Once again the people have not risen but they have crossed the RED LINE. This is going to become a big part of PTI's legacy that THEY CROSSED THE RED LINE. Red line is a symbol that the army red line that no one could cross.
Another thing is to cause enough chaos that the govt is forced to conduct elections.
However for Army influence to be eliminated, if Imran gets elected and not selected this time, he needs to be conisstent with his policies where he eliminates the powers of the army, he allows army to be critisized and army follows the civilian govts order and doesnt involve in treachary against the nation. For example the army made a political party called MQM to remove influence of PPP from sindh, this was an illegal act and it destabilized karachi in the long run.
