Downloaded and watched "The Devil's double".

Its not a great movie but ok ok type.
But i cant stop imagining myself as uday :127:

If you like Jim Carrey then you will surely like Mask.
For me Mask is the best Jim Carreys movie.

I know its an old movie now but I dont watch movies often so I watched Crook (starring Emran Hashmi) last night.... I would give it a 6/10 or 5/10....

Tried to watch "The Spy Next Door", with my son, but sadly we didn't get past the adverts for Butlins and some flies going to the moon cartoon(!).

Damn disc was faulty.

You will probably like it...if you liked Shor in the City..though its much darker film dealing with emotions, drugs etc etc..

Watched Super 8 over the weekend. More like Super Flop.

Just did not detect any sense of adventure in the movie.

Same old Alien nonsense.
 
Incendies (French/Arabic)- devastating movie, a must watch.

It's dated a bit, now, imo. When I first saw it, I thought that it was brilliant. Subsequent viewings don't uphold the initial verdic,t I'm afraid.

Like Me Myself and Irene by him. Can't stand Dumb and Dumber.

The Truman Show, on the other hand, is fantastic. That is his best film, imo.

Ace Ventura and Enternal Sunshine of Spotless mind are great as well!!
 
Watched "A Clockwork Orange".

Very good movie, but quite explicit in terms of the scenes.

Malcolm Mcdowell's acting was brilliant.

It was a brilliant film, no doubt.

Only negative part is the song " I am singing in the rain" and how the actor sings the song and does what he does, I can never listen to the classic song of Gene Kelly and not think about that scene.

Ace ventura is one of the best from Jim carrey ( next only to mask though )..
esp when carrey pulling the crocodile towards the shore

Very cool, very stylish with a 80's feel throughout the movie. Amazing soundtrack!
A film with long silences, tension building and graphic violence. Dont watch expecting fast furious type of movie, much deeper, darker and did I mention VERY cool and stylish!

Watched Bol, Paistani movie, half way through felt asleep, will finish the other half now :amir

So far acting has been very sharp, brilliant acting, atif is a good actor and the father of the daughters have been superb, don't know any of their names. But will finish it tonight, so far rating 7.5/10

Its pretty good.Easily, the best movie out this year.
 
Finished watching Bol, so emotional. Poor Zainab, brilliant acting, have to say this movie>>>> every Bollywood movie. Liked the ending and Zainab's dialogues. :(

Point Blank - Fast paced French action thriller.

Nothing that we've not seen before and nothing out of the ordinary.

With a modest running time of 84 minutes there's little time for any character developement not that it's a difficult plot to follow.

6/10 - it's weekend.

Try District B-13...that is one great action packed French movie
 
Yesterday we had a team outing and went for Mausam :facepalm:
My rating is 5/100. I am not fluent in Hindi but still the movie is boring beyond my tolerance levels.

I went with 4 people to watch Killer Elite and our opinion was universally positive on it. One of the best Jason Statham movies I've seen actually had a decent plot as well as action. 'Based on a true story' apparently so quite eye opening re British foreign policy and covert operations in Arab countries all for Oil.

I tried to escape after a year, and one of the people in that regiment that had been to the then-secret war in Oman, let me know that it was a wonderful place to be and so, having been taught Arabic, I went out there.


What inspired you to write The Feather Men?


Now that you’ve started to ask me about the book, my answers to your questions will become evasive.

When the book came out 20 years ago, on the cover in big letters it said, “Fact or Fiction?” It left it to the reader to decide whether it was fact or fiction, but it complicated the issue by putting photographs of people with a lot of real names in the book. It was probably confusing to readers as to what was fact and what was fiction. I had chose to change my mind from time-to-time in terms of answering people, and at the moment, I choose to say that the book, and therefore the film, are total fiction. In 20 years time, I might change my mind.


The idea was to sell more books and at the time, the person who was going to put new books in the bookshop was told to put it in the “fiction” side of the shop or the “non-fiction” side of the shop, and at the time people only read one or the other, so if you put it on both sides of the shop you got both sets of book buyers.


You had previously claimed in interviews around the time of the book’s release that this shadow organization called “The Feather Men,” which protected ex-SAS operatives, did exist.


If I did, that’s what I did. Yes. But I’m telling you now that it was all fiction.


How do you feel about the film Killer Elite being marketed as “based on a true story?”


The publishers and literary agents have written to them and said it was quite clear that they shouldn’t have done that, and that they should change it to words like “inspired by” instead of “based on.” Maybe they’ll change it, but I don’t know.


There was also an incident where you were confronted by the angry mother of one of the real-life men in the book who you claimed was murdered, when he wasn’t.


There was a guy who I said was killed in the U.K. in very bad weather in Wales on the mountains during an SAS selection course, and I’m saying that he wasn’t killed. He died of hypothermia up there, and that is what the inquest said. At the time I wrote the book, I went to the lady in question and showed her the text of the book because Bloomsbury, who later published the Harry Potter books, would not publish the book unless the next of kin of the dead officers signed every page of what I was saying about their late relatives. I still possess the signatures in question. That lady signed every page, and when this film came out recently and a newspaper asked her about it, she said that I never correlated the text with her. I’ve found her signature and showed it to her, and she apologized and said it was a long time ago and she had forgotten about it.

i watched Horrible bosses last nite and it was fun movie......guys please suggest any good movies. Most Action movies or a good romantic movie.............
 
watched BOL movie a long tyme ago and loved it. awsome movie.....guys any hollywood movies plz? i have watched most of 2011 movies but cant figure it out which one to watch next
