White House Down - 8/10: Fun movie that I really enjoyed watching.

Wanted - 7/10
: Starpower of Morgan Freeman and Angelina Jolie helps this movie a lot but I enjoyed the film and the plot twist at the climax was great.

The Ritual - 6/10: Not a bad movie, not a great movie. I actually enjoyed watching it the whole build and the tense middle act of the movie was great but the ending was pretty dumb, I expected a better payoff. If they fixed the ending to say make it a bit more scary or interesting I would of liked it a lot more but the ending of this film was just garbage.

Eli - 8/10: Loved this movie although I expected a scarier movie I actually unlike a lot of people loved this movie. It kept the tension throughout, and the ending was just fantastic, I did not one bit expect that ending loved it.

Green Lantern - 9/10: I can't believe I just watched this movie about a month ago for the first time. Now I get it, this movie is no where near the level of the Marvel Movies or some other classic movies. So maybe my rating of 9/10 is a bit high. However, I rate these movies on how much I enjoyed watching them and I absloutley loved Green Lantern. I'm a huge superhero fan and I have seen every Marvel Movie and I watch a ton of DC shows and so I thought why not give Green Lantern a go, and boy did Ryan Reynolds do a phenomenal job acting. Just loved this film.

Green Lantern 9/10?? One of the worst superhero movie ever.

Joker was just amazing. I thought I wouldnt enjoy it as I cant stand the actor. But the acting was amazing, the dress up, the classic vibe to it. Even if you are not a superhero fan you can enjoy this.

Bit disappointed with Alfred though

I’ve seen all of these and I would’ve give a single one more than 5/10

You got any suggestions for netflix? Bored right now looking for something to watch.

A good horror or thriller would be nice

Hereditary, Get Out, Hush, It Follows, Don’t Breathe, Train to Busan, Drag Me to Hell are all good Horror movies that are on Netflix Canada right now

You bro Get Out, It Follows and Drag me to hell, killer movies seen them all. Especially the first 2 get out and It Follows I watched when they released in the theater great movies. I didn't really like Don't Breathe, also Drag me to hell was kinda weird, If I remember correctly the ending of it was confusing.

I haven't seen Hereditary and Hush although they are both on my list. Which one is better / should I watch first?

Hereditary was my favourite movie of 2018 but Hush is much more fun and accessible

Sonic The Hedgehog.

I can't understand how James Marsden can still be so bad, even Chris Pine has learned how to act. Movie was OK.

Watched The Last Stand. Arnold Schwarzenegger was in it.

I actually liked the movie. It was quite unique and slightly different than regular action movies. Loved the plot.

I am giving it A-.

Always wanted to watch that because of the director Kim Jee Woon

The Invisible Man

Highly recommended.

It was well made and execution was on point but probably the most basic single digit north american whitey folk plot ever, basic white woman sleeps with some rich dude who she then decides to leave after realising he is a control freak surprisingly because what else do you have time for with them millions in the bank :yk

Gully Boy.

Don't get what all the hype was about.

Struggled to watch it. Lost interest.

4/10

Watched Sonic the Hedgehog. It reminded me of Bumblebee.

Not a masterpiece but I quite liked it. I am giving it B-.

Baaghi 3.

Utter garbage. I mean this has to be one of the worst films of all time.

You are kidding right Saj? Who takes you to these movies? Even the reviews were bad bro.

Even Good Newwz was bearable you could had seen that.

Kindly don’t see Tanhaji now, considering your choices I feel that’s on your to be seen list.

Shubh Mangal zyada saavdhan if you can take homosexuality is a pretty decent watch.

Contagion - 5/10
If you are just looking for virus related info/impact on the world, then you will probably like it. However, as an overall movie, i thought it was below average.

World War Z - 7/10
This is a good movie with lots of tense moments. If you like zombie movies then this is a must-watch.

Parasite: Decent thriller. Not sure about all the hype 7/10

Knives Out : Entertaining who dunnit movie. 7.5/10

Rocketman

Decent movie but it seemed like they had to stretch out a pretty ordinary/uninspiring story into a 2 hour biopic. Doesn’t really make me take more interest in Elton John

7/10 for good cinematography

The Serbian Film

Please dont watch it. It's banned in a lot of countries 0/10. I felt sick for a couple of days. My friend tricked me into watching this and now i blocked him :inti

Mulk.

The story of a Muslim family trying to reclaim its lost honor after a family member gets involved in terrorism.

By Bollywood standards not bad.

5/10

Confessions 8/10

A Japanese movie, very good performances and a decent story. A must watch, the kid's performance is as good as Light Yagumi from Death Note anime.

Good horror or comedy movies that you would recommend?

Btw The dictator should be on your top 10 at least it was hilarious 😁

I didn't list those movies based on ratings. I listed randomly.

I am a big fan of Sacha Baron Cohen and The Dictator is one of my favorite movies of all time.

I liked the helicopter scene.

I don't really like horror movies. I am more into comedy.

Here is a list of some comedy movies I have watched recently:

The Dictator
21 Jump Street
The Brothers Grimsby
Daddy's Home
Murder Mystery
Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle
Jumanji: The Next Level

Brothers Grimsby was good.

Don't be a menace to society
Marlon wayne movie it's really funny but it's hood so I don't know how much you would like that

Rosemarys Baby rewatch (10/10)
The Platform (5/10)
Creep (6/10)
Good Time (7.5/10)
Donnie Brasco (7/10)
Burn After Reading (7.5/10)

Bait (2019)
incredibly interesting and actually topical right now
The film flows cerebrally like an abstract dream and the protagonist (the big fat fisherman) is an absolute role model
Maybe slightly overlong (not that it's a long film by any means, I just mean for what it is) but yeah definitely a challenging and interesting film
7.5/10

Watched The Walk.

It is actually a pretty underrated movie. I quite liked it.

I am giving it B+.

Underrated...takes double viewing.

So what really happened?Did the murders happen all inside his head,Are all characters in his mind only?Does the technique employed by the doctor actually exist?

Watched The Equalizer.

I think it is a really good action thriller movie. Reminds me of John Wick.

I give it A-.

i watched Arrival ( 2016 ) few days ago ....

interesting part where the Pak Army/ISI helped NASA to decode the Alien language ..... :afridi

Watched Rampage.

Some of the actors/actresses were quite horrible. Acting could've been better.

Giving it 5 out of 10.

Khatta meetha 1978 7.5/10 nice simple comedy
