Anybody want to recommend me a nice comedy?
 
watched partner opening weekend... it was okay...songs were the highlight of the fiilm with the brash little kid.

Salam Khan, Govinda, Katrina Kaif (i know bad actress), and Lara Dutta ( i think thats how you spell it). And there is the other guys i forgothis name though... he plays Chota Don in the Movie really funny. :)))

Katrina Kaif :))) She has her own dedicated thread which is now on its 6th page!! yup on how bad of an actress she is!

Lol i haven't seen Partner myself but I would recommend watching Awarapan . It is a very good film and not your typical indian film.

Matilda. An old classic in my family.

THe last movie I watched in theatres was the Simpsons Movie.
 
Watched Akshay Khanna starer: "Gandhi - My Father", nice and thought provoking movie. You surely wont get bored in this movie. Different than a typical bollywood movies you see each week!

Watched Bourne Ultimatum 8/10. By the way, the trailer on Angelina and Hopkins (November) was good.
 
im gonna wtch it when it comes out in australia! cant wait.... and i was never a bourne fan till a few days ago!
 
Watched Bourne Ultimatum 08/03/07 (meets my expectations)
Watched Transformers 08/04/07 (thoroughly disappointed)

I was really bored last weekend so I watched both movies back to back :)

Dirty Movie,only 9.95. Loved it.

Classic movie, Chris Tucker is so funny, that you, me scene is just classic. MUST Watch Movie of the summer I'd say.

After watching Spiderman 3 and Die Hard 4, which were both disappointing, this has been the highlight of the summer so far.
 
I just watched the Number 23.. it's really got me thinking. i really enjoyed it, it was a pretty good movie! I personally recommend it, even though a lot of people did not like it.

I also watched Jhoom Barabar Jhoom - average movie at best, the only thing good about it was the eye candy! :D

the song is still stuck in my head..
 
City of God - violence,violence and more violence.

got lots of critical acclaim for its portrayal of brazilian drug gangs .. but it was not an enjoyable movie to watch.

waste of 2 hours.
 
Just watched Partner! It was an enjoyable enough film but the best part was Chota Don!

I see you like your Indian films. I managed to catch one scene in that film where Salman is teaching Govinda to dance to Just Chill and then he breaks out in his classic old school Indian dance. :))) :)))

Do you forward the songs? or sit and watch them?
 
hera pheree and many others of Parish Rawal. funny as hell especially Malamaal Weekly. i like the girl in that movie Malamaal Weekly, she's hawt ;)
 
Saw Chuck & Larry. Would have rather seen Die Hard 4.0 but not everyone I was with wanted to. Still the idea of gay jokes and Jessica Biel was tempting enough

The movie itself wasnt as funny as the trailer. A lot of the jokes werent THAT funny and the ones from the trailer were better there. There were a few amusing moments but not as good as I'd thought it was, bar one scene and anyone whos seen the ads will know which one I'm talking about. It was real jaw hit the floor stuff
 
Die Hard 4.0.
Bloody hell that was awesome! My favourite out of them all!
 
Watched Bourne Ultimatum last night - it was great! Really good movie from start to finish, I might go and watch it again in a few days time.

The movie was pure jokes, I was laughing the whole way.. and yeah mostly forward the songs.. this movie is a must watch though - hot women and pure comedy.. a great watch :19:

that movie was very funny man. Chota don, and the ghusa..(kiran). LOL.

watched Kaafila, couple nights ago... Acting could have been a bit better. but good movie, because it shows what is happening in countries like Pakistan and india. it was pretty accurate, because i know people who went through the same thing.
 
i watched Partner - funny stuff from govinda and salman khan - chota don was the best bit

The Simpsons movie was nothing special felt like a normal episode to me

watched half of HArry Potter and the Order of the Phoneix but stopped half way lolz
 
saw lots of movie recently but I must point out The Bourne Ultimatum as the best movie of the year. It was really really good and much better than the first 2 Bournes. This is what an action flick should be like.
 
Hilarious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My cousin and I were quoting lines and scenes from that movie for like 2 hours the next day.
 
Last weekend I watched Premonition starring Sandra Bullock which wasnt too bad. I also watched Ghost Rider which had some really good special effects, but Nicolas Cage's hair looked terrible but added some comedy value to the film.
 
After watching Partner, I went back and watched Hitch. It was a really good movie, funny..
 
Khuda Ke Liye, quality movie by Shoaib Mansoor. Recommend it to everyone. I finally learned what Mullahism is and how it affects people in Pakistan.

slow but well worth watching...set around a courtyard of a home in mali with a trial against the imf world bank and the west as its centrepiece.
 
Watched Bourne Ultimatum and Evan Almighty, the later was kinda s***, it wasn't funny and couldn't touch the prequel. Bourne Ultimatum was ok, better than the second but not the first.
 
I agree, Evan Almighty was crap. Just not in Jim Carrey's league as an actor, he is..

Saw Flyboys with James Franco and Jean Reno. About WWI pilots flying and fighting in France. Was a decent movie.

If you like comedies that aren't funny this is the perfect movie for you, Transformers which was an action movie had more laughs, saying that Transformers was funny.
 
Just saw Bourne Ultimatum. Was a bit sleepy during it and the shaky camera effect at the start was a bit annoying but the movie was enjoyable even if it was more than a tad predictable
 
Zeitgeist- the movie 10/10, fasibating documentary. best oc i have probably seen ever. i highly recomend any1 to take 2 hours to watch this.

yesterday it was "Blood Diamond" and "The last king of Scotland". Both were good movies.
Today one or both of "Flags of our Fathers" and "Lost in Translation"
 
Watched .... snakes on a plane! hahaha - thats all I'll say about it.

And then put on the Godfather DVD again and watched one of the greatest movies of all time one more time
