Okay I got it: Better leave it aside:26:!

Last film I saw was a DVD from Pakistan - dubbed into Punjabi.

It was a rip-off of 'Dumb & Dumber'

:))) I remember watching the original Dostana starring Amitabh and Shatrughan Sinha many years ago. I think it was pretty good.

Not that I have seen it (God forbid), but won't recommend it. That's because people do some crazy things in the name of dostana.

Oxy, you are laying into Saj like YK is laying into the curators. But to be fair, Saj deserves this treatment :P

Of course he deserves it - and blaming his wife, just compounds things!

If you love Bollywood - dont be ashamed to take sole responsibility for it.

lol yup if you love bollywood, tell everyone nothing to be ashamed of. Everyone have their own likings, no one should be forcing their views on anyone.

I have always stated that I like watching bollywood movies, and I don't care if fellow PPers have a go at me, that's their problem.

probably not lol.... although I watched it with my family (me being the child lol) ... but my parents aren't too touchy about what's on the screen. Of course we skip parts that aren't appropriate but we still watch the movies.

But it is something to be ashamed of

The new version of "The Wicker Man" with Nicholas Cage.

He performed well but overall the film lacked a bit of credibility in the current age.

Watched the original about 20 years ago, that was far more atmospheric and creepy.

Role Models - disappointing, but the black kid was absolutely hilarious

Alien v Predator - Requiem

Wasn't that good to be honest, nothing we haven't seen before.

that was a crap movie.... I watched it in 5 minutes by forwarding...

I watched a film called The Last confession of Alexander Pearce. Its a true story about an Irish immigrant imprisoned in Australia and who escapes from a notorious prison in Hobart along with 7 other prisoners. The film shows how man can become so desperate for food that they can turn to cannibalism.

Good film - 7/10

The Day The Earth Stood Still (2008)

a complete waste of time.

My Best Friend's girl. Was average, had it cool moments though. Dane Cook is a good @sshole in the movie. And Kate Hudson was..well..as gorgeous as ever!!

Perhaps the most over rated comedian & actor of our times. Hate that guy.

I saw The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. Brilliant cinematography. I thought this this movie is far too long and at times gets a bit boring. It should have had an intermission

We watched a film called Walled In. A horror film that was supposed to be quite scary and is all about a building that is due to be knocked down and hides quite a few secrets - sadly its not that good.

5/10

So you changed the title of an Indian movie (Deewar ke Andar) to walled in. Good work Saj :D

Delhi-6. I loved it.. I know some people may not like the way the story progressed or the ending either since it was left sort of loose but the theme was great.

Donnie Darko 10/10

The story line didn't come together all that well at the end but nevertheless it was an amazing film.

Watchmen

was sooo boring, I was expecting some good action but overall, after all that hype and stuff, the movie failed to deliver in my opinion, I may have to watch it again to fully understand it

Im watching a movie a day at the moment - incl. revistong some of my favourites as a kid. Just watched Deep Blue Sea yesterday (Jaws with Brains) lol

Watched Unborn last friday! what a let down!

I hope !watchmen is better!

Watched Watchman - give it a 7/10.

A bit of a whodunnit mystery. Dr Manhattan is a bit of a naturist ... ahem

i dunno but i hated Watchmen...

only thing i liked about this movie was the direction... the story was confusing from the start and each character just didnt give the movie that extra kick...

for example in The Dark Knight, every character and actor played all their parts beautifully...

The worst part was the bad guy, such a bad actor...dayum!

6/10 overall

yea I saw Watchmen as well yesterday...I hadn't heard much about it so didn't know what to expect...decnet film, a little too much talk and not enough action

Watched Gran Torino on Thursday - Clint Eastwood.

Brilliant film.

Actually, last film was 'Man on a Wire' - about the French guy that crossed the World Trade Centre buildings , NY in the 1960s - on a high wire, without a safety harness or any protection.

Crazy guy - really good film

I watched Delhi 6.

Much better than the 'movie with no filth' :P.

Sonam was good. It was definitely not as bad as people have been saying it is.

dont watch the watchmen if you have not read the book.. you will not like it..

its a pretty faithful adaptation of the book except a bit towards the end.

Watched Papillon

It was alreet - acting by McQueen and Hoffman was very good BUT it didnt really do it for me

Shawshank is much better

I watched Role Models the other day, it could've been really good but ended up just being ok. That scene at the end was hilarious!

Watched a film called The Unborn. A horror flick that failed to live up to expectations.

5/10

Watched Transporter 3 - as the movies before them it was cheesy and had a poor storyline BUT Jason Statham is just COOL

I watched slumdog millionaire during the weekend. Good movie which the slums of Mumbai reminded of the slums in South Africa

The orginal, The Shining. Great movie, Jack's acting was the best guy for that character.

One of the best movies ever. Just brilliant how, with every scene, Jack loses one more piece of his mind. The soundtrack is haunting and magnificently representative of the movie's ethos as well.

The soundtrack is actually one of the best things about the movie.

Watchmen, as you can guess from my current avavtar :D

It had it's flaws, and there were a few missed opportunities, but still a decent stab at adapting a pretty un-filmable story and one of the greatest Graphic Novels of all time.

Great perfomances and stunning visuals.

I guess you solved the curious case :D

The Wrestler - excellent...Mickey Rourke really should have won the Oscar for this one

Sex Drive

kinda lame... didnt find it funny... was expecting somethin close to superbad but it never came close

Warning!!!:

Don´t watch "Jay-Veeru", starring Fardeen Khan and Kunal Khemu!! You will regrett and repent but God will never forgive you for wasting two hours of your life.

Seven Pounds - It was an okay film, was expecting it to be a lot better. 5/10

Gran Torino - Good film BUT not as good as the hype surrounding it. 6.5/10
