dont laugh dude :( it was old movie remembering the titan :D

If it is about American football, then the name is "Remember the Titans" starring Danzel Washington.

Paranormal Activity at 12 am in the morning. Now this was scaring me when I was watching it. But once I thought about it when I woke up, I thought it wasn't scary at all. 7/10 nice scary movie to watch but no way is it better than Blair Witch Project, not even close.

Now that I think about it. It was very ordinary actually. Either it was the time I was watching it, but now I know it was pretty lame. But shouldn't even be compared with Blair Witch Project.

Blair Witch project was poor aswell.

Just hyped is all.

Watched Tum Mile the other day, quite a very pleasing and interesting movie indeed. The cast also does a lovely job.. 8.5 out of 10

Kurbaan - engaging story and well-acted, ending was little over the top though

Public Enemies - 7/10

am a fan of Jhonny Depp but this was not his best. i think his best movie was Blow if anyone missed it, go watch!

agreed, i liked public enemies, it wasnt amazing as i expected.. Blow is class..

but we all know, Johnny Depps best character is Captain Jack Sparrow

other great movies of JD would be Donnie Brasco, Don Juan de Marco, Chocolat and Platoon

and i agree completely with u too.

Regarding the characters, i think this was also one of his best characters.

The best scene of Public Enemies was when Jhonny walks into the Police Office, opens the door of the Dept. Room looking for him, walks everywhere, amused, excited and in the end ask the people over there watching the TV, whats the score? Amazing. :akhtar

The Dirty Dozen. Amazing movie. Just amazing. The characters are just pure genius in the movie. I would recommend this movie to anyone. Other than that I watched Pulp Fiction. Another fabulous movie, Quentin Tarantino showing what he can really come up with this movie, again recommend it to anyone.

CHE

Che1.jpg

The movie "Che" begins as "Che and a band of Cuban exiles (led by Fidel Castro) reach the Cuban shore from Mexico in 1956. Within two years, they mobilized popular support and an army and toppled the U.S. - friendly regime of dictator Fulgencio Batista.

The second half of "Che" begins in 1964 with "Che" (Benicio del Toro) traveling to New York City to address the United Nations.

what is the reason for it not being a waste of time? is it because of a certain person in the movie? or is it because of the storyline? :afridi

Both, however I'm leaning towards placing greater weight upon the former :afridi

This thread is infested with Bollywood :31: :31:

I saw 2012 earlier on - I enjoyed it. It was not a great film BUT it was entertaining. As long as you have no major expectations before watching you will enjoy it, i didnt expect a masterpiece nor a film that was full of logic/sense and as a result i liked it.

So quality scenes - would have been amazing in 3D

2012 I think you mean.

Constantine - seen it before but watched it again. Amazing movie tbh.

Seen loads; the one I'm counting down the days for, is James Cameron's epic 3D-drama AVATAR. Have tickets to see it on the gi-normous IMAX screen on December 17th :)

Hi GA, how are you? Did you see Cameron's interview on 60 mins? Let me find the link, oh, yes and there's a whole Avatar fan club site if you're interested.

This week

Food Nation USA - okay movie. actually not bad. It was a low budge movie but could have been better

Heist - not bad. some 90s robbery movie with Gene Hackman and Danny Devito

Karate Kid - used for sleeping

Karate Kid Part III - used for sleeping

Last night it was "Die Hard with a Vengence". played it 3 times last night to fall sleep to. Average sleep timer for TV set to 30 minutes

Oh, I'm well and truly hooked! Fan club? Fan blog, have I!!! :))) Love every movie I've seen directed by Cameron. Want him to make Neal Stephenson's SNOWCRASH, or CRYPTONOMICON next - only Cameron could do those two books movie justice.

Fantastic movie I'd recommend is Jason Statham's 2008 thriller, 'The Bank Job', based on a true story. Great thriller.

I saw Indian movie "Wanted" starring Salman Khan. I like this movie although the final fighting was way over the top. Find out that it is a remake of a Telgu movie.

watched The Wrestler and thought it was one of the best films i've sen in a long time...you actually feel the loneliness the guy lives in every day...

'Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani' (from Bollywood).

A wonderful film which had lots of twists and turns coupled with some very good comedy. A very enjoyable film overall and I will give it seven out of ten:19:.

Moon (2009) - good mystery movie. I recommend it.
Blue Velvet (1986) - abstract and weird.

Watched Ninja Assassin last night. Pretty good movie if you don't mind seeing blood splattering after every five minutes.

Blood splattering is what the whole movie's about. I mean you're not watching the movie for it's great acting or great storyline are you?

puhlease mate...how many times will Priyadarshan keep ripping off English movies and repeat the "misunderstanding" formula?

only Johnny Lever was great, as he always is
