What's new

What was the last thing you ate?

i went to a restaurant yesterday and had buffalo wings, onion bhajji, platter, cajun steak, chips etc. this morning from breakfast I basically had a knock off of shredded wheats :)

i also forgot to put that I had chocolate rice cakes and a groovy biscuit from aldi (very nice) the other day

no posts on this for a long time. Last night was a birthday party of my cousins, lots of nice food like chapli kebab, biryani, poori etc. This morning I had egg waffles with banana and syrup for breakfast.

Pork rice and beef momos. I came back convinced that Delhi has fake Tibetans. So unauthentic, nothing like the traditional recipes.

In accordance with the Easter tradition, I've eaten lots and lots of chocolate. [emoji2]

Agree. Doesn't change the fact that the Kofta Biryani was behtareen. :inzi

haven't even heard of that tbh. kofta biryani sounds weird

anyways what is the one chosen kind? Chicken, lamb, beef?

I know the only nehari is beef nihari but biryani usually ppl are open to diff kinds as long as its not abominations like fish or shrimp or even worse vegetable biryanis

Chapathi and malabar prawn curry. Did't satisfy much as I myself cooked it...

whaaaaat?

I don't cook a lot but whenever I do its the best dish ever till the next time I cook :D

usually ppl love their own cooking regardless of actual quality :))

Beef koftas are used, and the koftas are really small, so you get one in each bite. Family specialty.

Of course, beef. Chicken, secondary. I feel we should have a dedicated thread to Biryani.

has to be one somewhere in the archives. its too important a topc for someone not to have made one

biryani is my last frontier as far as cooking awesome desi dishes are concerned

Chande......thin round slices of potato shaped like a moon cooked in masala.

Just finished eating Goat Sajji, the most tastiest meat I have ever eat. My friend's cook is so freaking good.

Lamb paya with naans and chips before :108:

Does anyone know how to change username by the way? as it currently seems like my second name starts with B when it doesn't, thank you.

oh yes I remember this thread now, I eat much more healthy now compared to before lol. I am 15 year old and a bodybuilder so post workout (shoulders and triceps) I had Tuna Pasta bake- carbs are very important after a workout so they were wholemeal pasta of course and Tuna (protein) is also good after a workout to repair the muscles, the sauce isn't the healthiest thing around but isn't that bad for you. Post workout nutrition is very important for us bodybuilders :D

For lunch, rice, peas and salaan and just had green tea

Ah, I remember this thread, back in the days I was chubby. Now, I would have a breakdown if I even touched any of these unhealthy foods I used to eat

The last thing I ate was dinner, wholemeal roti with chicken fajita and salad etc, it was post workout (chest day). I'm about to have some cottage cheese, as it's nearly time for bed, it's a slow releasing protein (casein protein, to be exact) so will fuel my muscles while I sleep

attacked a thai red curry for dinner :iqasim

Then at late night work it counterattacked my stomach :afaq

Chinese salt n pepper chicken wings and stick toffee pudding for dessert.
