Nice one,@finalfantasy7
A few weeks ago, I found out about a very unique tea. It is called "butter tea". This tea is common in Tibet.
I made it at home. I loved it.
Process --> Same as you make milk tea but you add butter and a bit of salt also. Check the tutorial below:
Nice one,
i'm going to make this tommorrow evening,
did you add sugar to yours, noticed the guy didnt
the recipe you made was it for just that 1 mug,
the recipe you made was it for just that 1 mug,
if so can you share your recipe for 1 mug

High calorie teaHere's what I did:
1 mug = half of it is milk, half of it is water
1 tea bag
1 teaspoon of butter
A pinch of salt
Warmed it in the microwave for 3 minutes. After that, took it out and let it rest for a few minutes. I warmed it again for 1 minute.
I could've made it in the stove too but microwave is faster.![]()

It kind of is because of butter.
Anyway, Tibet is very cold. I can see why they drink it there. They apparently make it with Yak's milk. I made it with cow's milk.
have you both tried bulletproof coffeeHigh calorie tea![]()

Had a rurza today, monday rurza:
Suhoor
3 dates with milk
small plate of mixed fresh fruit
glass of with water / psyllium husk
Iftar:
1 date with milk
yesterday left overs - Tandoori roast chicken with veg
after isha - will make that Tibetan butter/salt tea

Ive just had that tibetan butter/salt tea,
it actually blends nicely, salt gives it a good kick and the butter blends in smoothly.
I go hiking most sundays, this will be a good drink to have before setting off, gives you plenty of energy due to the butter, but its a drink like hot chocolate, goes very well in cold outdoor weather.
Right up my lane. Where do you hike?Ive just had that tibetan butter/salt tea,

I drank butter tea 4-5 times. Loved it every time.
I think it is a great tea to drink during a really cold winter day. Warms me up well.

basically my eldest bro friend started a muslim hiking group in my city, he started it around 3 yrs ago, ive been going for 18 months, tbh only the last sunday of each month we will go on a proper hike = we always go to peak district, a different trek / path......Right up my lane. Where do you hike?
Muslim Hikers? Haroon Mota?basically my eldest bro friend started a muslim hiking group in my city, he started it around 3 yrs ago, ive been going for 18 months, tbh only the last sunday of each month we will go on a proper hike = we always go to peak district, a different trek / path......
the other 3 sundays we then go to county parks.
this summer, we were ment to hike snowdonia, when we got to our hostel some families couldnt do it - as we stayed for 2 days - left after friday jummah, stayed till sunday morning - was wround 70 off us, every one bought the typical desi rice and curry, made the curry on the day in orning and we made the rice when we got thr, we bought frozen kebabs as well - desi chai, we even cooked english breakfast for 2 days.....
so we then treked Carnedd Llewelyn - which is wales 2nd biggest mountain and only around 70metres shorter..... we realised if we trekked snowdonia on that saturday - we would have seen Mufti Menk....
Yeh i do like hiking - just anything to do outdoors,
