Rice and fried chicken is a combo I was introduced to in Malaysia and have carried with me since. Also popular in Philippines (Jollibee)

Add some of that sweet chilli sauce and it’s 👌🏼

glass of with water / psyllium husk + chia seeds
Youghurt / kefir / bluberries/ strawberries / raspberries + sunflower seeds. pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, goji berries

Lunch:
Green tea with ginger

Diner:
Spring rolls
Chicken methi curry /1 roti
Green tea with ginger
Mum made some Kajjar halwa = :love:
 
Monday rurza

Suhoor
3 dates with milk
small plate of mixed fresh fruit
glass of with water / psyllium husk

Iftar:
1 date with milk
2 glasses of water
5 spring rolls

Played tenis doubles for 2hrs
Davids protein bar - salted peanut butter = tasted more like super dry cardboard
Green / ginger tea

Salad = Cannellini beans / cucumber / beetroot / cherry tomatoes / feta cheese / extra virgin olive oil
 
Cardio: 30 minutes.

Post-cardio meal:
Pulao rice + 3 fried chicken tenders + 2 boiled eggs.
Veggie sandwich.
Dudh chitoi (dessert).
Milk.
