Will we ever see a batsman who'll average 50 in all three formats?

:))

Not bad can only go up from here. Hang in there bruz haha

Funnily enough Kohli's average in Tests is now a hair 50, whereas in ODIs and T20Is it is comfortably over 50. One would have thought that Tests would be the easiest format to maintain a 50+ average. I fully expect he will again push his Test average up the next series he plays.

Would be tough for kohli to keep T20 average above 50 but for test and ODI he should achieve that by end of his career

Kohli isn’t that far away from it, his current averages:

Test: 53.40
ODI: 56.36
T20I: 52.86

Kohli but expecting an average of 50 + in t20s is simply ridiculous. I dont think Kohli or anyone in future will be able to sustain that.

Kohli recahing a 50+ avg in t20s and winning games for fun for his team is itself legendary.

There will be players in future who might hit the 50 avg at times in t20s but it is possible that the 50 avg would come at a not-so-fast rate and can cost the game.

please also give me tomorrows winning LOTTO numbers.

Kohli have been Averaging 50+ in T20Is since 2014 WT20. If he have managed to keep his Avg 50+ for last few years then why do you think it would be any different in future when he is actually hitting his peak?

He won't sustain it till end. Its a common sense. Wasn't that avg 58 sometimes ago now it is 52? And I dont even recall him failing anytime.

As said, a 50+ average in T20s is super-humanic and nobody can sustain it for too long.

Babar Azam should get there in tests as well, completing the triplet. Root will regain his spot I think and average 50 or close to it in T20s.

Azam is capable of averaging 50 in tests but Root only averages 30 in domestic T20 cricket so can't see him ever being a 50+ average T20I player.

Well he averages a bit more in T20 internationals and with more time in the side, he could get there as he has the potential.
