Umar, this guy is a genuine swing bowler but he doesnt give the 4 ball every over like Rana.

Like noddy bhai said, around the 84mph mark.

Swings it like Banana according to Sameer who watched him in action a couple of months ago.

ah ok, sounds good enough, the name sounds familiar almost as if he played against some team in the main pak team

Same action and very short guy. Can reserve it and has a very good yorker. Doesnt have Waqars speed though. 80-84mph at tops if you ask me.

He is better than Rao, Riaz, Asif and Khalil thats for sure.
 
Yes Umar, he has played a couple of ODIs for Pakistan before.

A couple of years ago in Sharjah.

Arafat has been simply brilliant this season and if he doesn't make the ODI team now it would be yet another blunder by the selection panel.

Nazir should also be wondering why he is playing for the A team while Khalil is representing Pakistan but with Shabbir and Shoaib coming back soon, he probably won't be playing for Pakistan any time soon.
 
I wonder how well he bowls cuz if he is half decent why not pick him instead of talunted Hafeez, though he does look overweight.
 
guys do u remember the young batsman yasir arafat? he isnt the same allrounder thats playing now, but when aamer sohail was selector he said this kid could be the answer to pak's #3 for a long time...i think he was really young though, like younger than 18 but i havent heard of him since

hahaha i was just on that site checking his stats before i saw ur post...yah didnt do much at the u-19 tournament but i remember he was highly touted...his stats arent too impressive

Awesome stuff by yasir arafat and the pak A team! Yasir, going by the last few matches, looks a good allrounder. Muddy, u said he's really short...? How short can he be? After all it seems like he's a handy pacer.
