With that technique he has already scored 5 centuries and few 50s including one in New Zealand against a rapid attack. Considering most of his innings he played after his peak,Isay its good going.

Runs have picked up since Fawad came to bat. Could be interesting match if this partnership lasts for some time.

It is pointless to select him. Selectors won't drop Azhar but they will drop Alam.

The two at the crease will have to pretty much bat for the rest of the day. A tall order. Negative mindset to survive and not even try and counter attack.
 
Fawad Clearly has deficiencies against quality pace bowling.

Need a clear out of the team after this test series. Some massive liabilities in the team and Fawad is one of them
 
Inzamam was absolute right in never picking Fawad. With that joke of a technique where he falls over to every inswinging delivery, it was a matter of time before any bowler worth his salt would get him out.
 
Fawad needs to move on. He cant survive for a long with this technique. International cricket is not a joke and smart oppositions will get him out within first 10 balls 9 out of 10 times.
 
Only if Pakistan learn frm the Aussie batsmen how to play positively. They seem to be playing at 2 runs an over and still get out. Aussies have been playing ar 3 runs min per over
 
Babar deserves to lose for playing fawad in this test. It was clear from first two tests he's finished. Guy has been missing straight balls

Yeah he has played 20 innings against each to judge him. In this series he is in poor form due to lack of competive cricket he has played.

Think he thought it hit him outside off. Don't know how he can ever judge where he has ended up with that ridiculous stance and movement. Wonder if he's ever slipped getting into position :))

With reflexes having slowed he's not able to get into good positions to play the ball now

I think they were unhappy with Hawkeye.

I thought the ball was seaming away a touch after pitching (maybe Fawad and Babar thought the same if you look at Babar's hand movement when talking to the umpire), it did not look as plumb as hawkeye suggeseted.
 
That stance and technique by Fawad just doesn’t work against good bowlers who swing or seam the ball at good pace.

I don’t know what Fawad is complaining about either, that was embarrassing to behave like that when it was as plumb as you can get.
 
They are complaining about hawkeye. The ball pitched and seamed away but on Hawkeye, the ball just went on straight.
 
Where did they export this budget Hawkeye from?

I bet PCB have the cheapest option of Hawkeye

Its not about reflexes at all, you cant just dance around the crease before facing 90mph delivery from a top class international bowler. There is a reason why none of the players had this stance ever in cricket.

Thing is what coach and all told him during lunch. He started offering shots to ball pitching outside leg just before lunch but survived somehow.

Everyone including commentators could see that coming. Coach and team members shoud've suggested him during lunch to leave the ball outside leg?

He has had 6 innings in this series.

What happened against England?

He’s played over 200 first class games, he’s not a youngster with no experience. He has more experience than everyone. At his age do you expect him to have a run of 2 years before scoring?

He is a pathetic batsmen, he can not play pace, he’s a liability and I hope we never ever see him again in Pakistan team

That looked plumb as you can get when the ball hit the pad live.

Hawkeye is just prediction technology at the end of the day but even that looked fine as well.

That's what i meant. Earlier with stronger reflexes he could manage with this technique
