Babar Azam is blind. Is he not watching from his end. Should have used with review even if it was plumb as the gates are opened for the tail. Stupid inept thinking.
 
Rizwan didnt review because there was only one remaining. Fawad's useless review cost Rizwan his wicket

Amazing bowling , you prepare a dead but forget that reverse swing is still on offer and australian bowlers can reverse.
 
Got to say though brilliant reverse swing bowling at pace. Australia are a gifted side and its great to see them perfect this art. Its a shame their Pakistani counterparts have little clue on how to bowl like this at pace.
 
They were the last recognised pair. How did they not opt for review. Thoroughly disappointed with rizwan
 
Fawad totally wasted his review and behaves like a massive injustice against him when it was as plumb as you can get.

While Rizwan should have reviewed because he didn’t look out but just walks off without even considering it.

Sums up Pak cricket.

Some of our players just don’t recognise all the rules. Sad but true.
 
You really need a lion hearted captain in Test cricket. I would in a heartbeat take Karunaratne as captain instead of Babar. Even as a batsman too. A positive captain can even make average players better. Babar doesn't have the ability to raise the ceiling of players around him.
 
Rizwan playing on off stump shd hv known he has every chance to be hit out side the line of off stump, he relied on babar and the result is for everyone to see. Babar give him a little nod that I was coming in and there’s no need to review it.

Rizwan running away is part of his gimmick of being a nice guy

Pakistan need Rishab Pant kind of player to pair with Babar Azam at moments like this. Someone who can go for shots at one end consistently. Looks like there's none at the moment.

He shuffles around a lot but can still make that work by staying still at the point of delivery and superior hand eye coordination.

I guess with age, he lost the hand eye coordination and bowlers are able to exploit the technical issues. Also this is the top quality pace bowling, far better than any domestic match

Correction 4 innings and lack of cricket for most of year. Either way Aussies pace bowling is too good for all Pak batters wxcept Babar.
 
Pant is better than Rizwan. Anyone who disagrees is delusional.
 
Wasted reviews by Imam and Fawad has some bearing on that decision by Rizwan not to review. Maybe Rizwan and Team management didn't want to lose 3 back to back reviews right away and save one for the late order.

Babar shouldve been focused on the batter... hes on the non strikers end for a reason, not just to stand around.

Rizwan shouldve known himself he was outside the line.

Doesnt matter tho not like these idiots will learn from this mistake. Cricket IQ doesnt exist in pakistan

He has played high pace fast bowlers for first time after his shuffle change and he has been fully exposed.
It is more of a statement on standard of bowling and pitches n Pakistani domestic cricket that he has been able to pile on the runs.

Lol zero excuses.. last time aussies owned him too. Fact is he cant play pace at all and never shoulsve been given a chance after pcb already wasted his career. Now hes look s even worse

He is just awful most useless player i have ever seen.

I don't think Pakistan have any talent with the bat. I don't think there is a single player in domestic cricket who is uprooting trees with his performance and talent.Pakistan have always been mediocre in batting since i have started watching cricket only babar Azam seems to have Little bit of talent other than him all are useless.
 
Umpiring has been substandard from Aleem Dar for quite sometime now. Pakistan needs to groom another younger umpire to replace Aleem.
