Akmal will be regretting playing that shot now. Had he still been batting, we would be 30 runs on by now.

Why is Misbah even in this side? If Younis came back, who'd you opt out for? Faisal or Misbah?

they are batting like it is the 5th day of the match. Determine to save the match since run is not that important. lol

What a pathetic display by Pakistan. I would respect them more if they fight for a win and lose in the process rather than playing for a draw. The defensive almost timid mindset of our team is shameful. Test cricket is not meant to be this boring.

you play for a draw on the 5th day not from day one:)

Out of context but i was watching moyo's interview on Autralian TV and when asked

"Do you think you can win this series?"

moyo answered

"I don't want to say anything about that"

talk about being negative

Aamer is good buffer for Misbah here, the right-left combo cooling the effect of the Aussie bowlers for Misbah.

I have a feeling that Misbah will lose his wicket after wasting so many deliveries... he is playing like a night watchman.... i guess too much influenced by Aamer and his fame.

Impressive isn't??

What got into Misbah all of a sudden...maybe he heard our comments ;)

The statement could be improved by saying "We will try our best" but I still like his approach instead of making big claims and pre-match statements like "we will make Australia sweat thru their nose" (something that has been pretty common with Pakistani players)

How would HAyden have reacted if a Pak player threw a ball at his throat?

I think we are more classier.

Like I said before, same player as razzaq. Either full slog or full defence.

Here we go out of the tuk tuk mode. Nice strike that 6

and

Ponting tries to injure Aamer :)

Judging by the Australian commentator's words, either we are very harsh on our top order or the Aussies have got it terribly wrong. They have a lot of respect for our talent, but are critical of the execution. Maybe their confidence issue is down to us, the supporters.
great comment let's support our guys we are too ready to criticize

so far almost every pakistani batsmen has had 2 gears, either full on block everything, or start sloging.........no one has played their natural game so far, just good defense, hit the bad balls, good cricketing shots
