Did the captain force the bowlers to bowl half volleys? Where was the pressure being created by great line and length bowling? Where was the fire in the belly - even the bouncers looked harmless mostly!

And the rest of the fielders weren't exactly on the boundary, they were spread yes, and that was completely wrong, but they weren't on the boundary...there were catches and guys saving 1...eg gully, mid-on, mid-wicket
