Australia, the top team in the world, has secured a win against Sri Lanka and New Zealand, making them the only unbeaten team in Group A. Pakistan, currently third on the table, has lost to India in Dubai and has a high strike rate of 153.57.

Pakistan captain Fatima Sana's personal tragedy has limited her availability for the match, and Muneeba Ali is expected to replace her. Despite her aggressive batting, Pakistan's totals of 116 and 105 for 8 are not enough to challenge Australia. Diana Baig, if fit, could also replace Sana.

Australia squad: Alyssa Healy (capt & wk), Darcie Brown, Ashleigh Gardner, Kim Garth, Grace Harris, Alana King, Phoebe Litchfield, Tahlia McGrath, Sophie Molineux, Beth Mooney, Ellyse Perry, Megan Schutt, Annabel Sutherland, Tayla Vlaeminck, Georgia Wareham

Pakistan squad: Muneeba Ali (capt & wk), Aliya Riaz, Diana Baig, Gull Feroza, Iram Javed, Nashra Sandhu, Nida Dar, Omaima Sohail, Sadaf Shamas, Sadia Iqbal, Sidra Amin, Syeda Aroob Shah, Tasmia Rubab, Tuba Hassan, Fatima Sana (unlikely starter)

The women ensuring men's embarrassment is matched.

Meanwhile, the experienced PCB committee is thinking about how and how much to stitch their pockets with the revert IMF loan. Free money for all.

Most of the shots have been sweep on the leg side.

No attempts on drive or cut or down the ground.

One mid wicket slog attempted which resulted in the getting caught. Should've tried this inside the power play.

0 boundaries thus far.

Pakistan risk of getting all out under 50.

mens ke baarey mein jo bolna hai bolo , Ladies be nice - they are no match for this ATG AUSW (y)

Iram Javed should've come higher. Rather than at no. 7. She seem to have more power in her shots than few others. Moreover she's playing more conventionally correct shots.

Like this little partnership between Aliya and Iram. Both are trying to score runs. Of course skill difference is big

The physique difference is just unreal
that cannot be helped & the fact that AUS have a rich sporting culture ... we must not forget IND did beat them at home in a TEST series which is the ultimate since McGrath & Warne came together ... 56/5 in 15

No fielder on the boundary on off side. They have realized that Pakistani women haven't played any shot towards off side. There are no shots

This is the lowest total against Australia in WT20 World Cup.

Lowest total against Australia in ICC WT20 World Cup:

71 all out - West Indies, Antigua, 2018
76 all out - New Zealand, Paarl, 2023
𝟴𝟮 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝘂𝘁 - 𝗣𝗮𝗸𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻, 𝗗𝘂𝗯𝗮𝗶, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰
87 all out - Sri Lanka, Colombo, 2012
88 all out - New Zealand, Sharjah, 2024

Pakistan cricket is going through a nightmare at the moment. US have Cody Rhodes and Pakistan have Mohsin Naqvi, the Pakistani Nightmare

Their women will probably beat the men’s side of Pakistan that played in 2022 against Zimbabwe
Ellys perry bowls at 130kph at times and is faster then some of our pacers like mir Hamza.

Alyssa Healy is literally known as the female gilchrist. She alone plays with more positive intent then anyone in pak's men circuit.

Belinda Clarke scored 200 first

Even now 7 overs, Already 51 scored, which is insane for women standards.

Aussie women cricketers know how to approach cricket like their men counterparts while pak women team must have had rizwan as their batting coach.

This is the first time I have ever seen a game where the fielding side decides to remove all their fielders from the offside, because pak women team have no ability to play offside.

You cannot convince me that rizzu isn't their batting coach.

They don't even know how to field yaar

Australia beat Pakistan with ease but suffer two injury setbacks

Australia took control of Group A at the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup with a victory over Pakistan in Dubai.

Injuries soured an otherwise dominant day for Australia as they cruised to a nine-wicket win over Pakistan to move to the brink of semi-final qualification.

There was an early blow for Australia in the game as they lost pace bowler Tayla Vlaeminck to a shoulder injury picked up in the field.

But the depleted Australian bowling attack nevertheless proved tough for Pakistan to handle, as they took a stranglehold on the Group A contest.

Ashleigh Gardner returned excellent figures of 4/21, while there were also wickets for Georgia Wareham 2/16, Megan Schutt 1/7, Sophie Molineux 1/19 and Annabel Sutherland 2/15.

Only four Pakistan batters reached double figures, with Aliya Riaz top-scoring with a defiant 26 (off 32 balls) from number six.

And the chase was a cakewalk for Australia, who reached 83/1 to win in just 11 overs.

Alyssa Healy top scored with 37*, although the captain retired hurt after picking up an injury when running for a quick single.

The story of the first innings

Australia captain Alyssa Healy won the toss and decided to bowl first against Pakistan at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium.

And the defending champions picked up two wickets in the powerplay to restrict Pakistan to 23/2 in the opening six overs.

Muneeba Ali was the first to go, lofting a catch to Phoebe Litchfield off Sophie Molineux for 7, and Sadaf Shamas soon joined her back in the dugout, caught behind off Megan Schutt for 3.

There was a setback for Australia though, with Tayla Vlaeminck forced from the field due to an injury she picked up off just the fourth ball of the innings.

Unfortunate injury forces Vlaeminck off the field

Australia showed their impressive depth in quality as they picked up two further wickets with their change bowlers.

All-rounder Annabel Sutherland had opener Sidra Amin (12) trapped in-front, and Georgia Wareham removed Omaima Sohail (3) to leave Pakistan four down and in need of something special to build a competitive score.

Pakistan’s resistance appeared all-but over when Nida Dar (10) was stumped by Healy off Wareham, but Aliya Riaz had other ideas, taking the game long.

A three-wicket over from Gardner left Pakistan on the brink, and Sutherland finished the job as Riaz was finally dismissed off the penultimate ball of the innings for 26.

How Australia romped to victory

Openers Healy and Beth Mooney got Australia’s chase off to a flier, with a flurry of boundaries eating into the target inside the powerplay.

The impressive Sadia Iqbal struck to remove Mooney for a run-a-ball 15, but Australia had reached 46/1 after six overs, already halfway to the winning number.

Healy (37* from 23) was given a reprieve when she was dropped in the outfield by Sandhu, and looked set to take advantage by steering her team to victory.

But the Australian skipper pulled up in the process of running a single off the first ball of the tenth over and was forced to retire hurt, leaving the field in clear discomfort.

Ellyse Perry and Ashleigh Gardner finished the job, reaching the target with nine overs to spare, meaning Australia are all-but guaranteed a spot in the semi-finals.

It's the Pak cricketers, getting battered, everywhere they go
Aussie women cricketers would batter any women team? They'll batter Indian women team into next week?

This isn't men's cricket. Women cricketers don't have the same structure or funding, hence for them it's entirely genetic and they can't compete with aussie women who genetically are built different. Look at their size, strength, speed of deliveries and overall power especially with healy being a female gilchrist.

Aus women are just from a different planet, they are too strong for desi women in skills right now.

Next time we should send our men's team in Women's world Cup. Still we will be beaten by Aus/NZ/Eng/Ind for sure SA/WI 50-50

They can easily defeat Pak men's side
EXACTLY!!!! Apart from 1/2 players none can even make into Australia Female squad. Even though 1-2 players from female sides are better than our men team. May be we need to combine male and female team and send it next time.

Why do you always exaggerate?
