Why is Amir Yamin captaining today?
Is Sohaib Injured?
But his name is present in the playing XI

He wants to focus on his batting apparently..how is Faisal Akram not playing just one bad game he has had..even Zahid mahmood and Usman Qadir got phaintyy in last few matches.

Hassan Khan is the right kind of cricketer. Very handy player

Decent Batsman
Decent Bowler
Good fielder

Positive mindset
Good fitness standards

Naseem Shah with a six to Junaid on first ball

Khushdil seems clueless when the bowler is a smidgen over par. He seems to pick his runs off bad bowlers and then collapse when faced with a decent one

Good contributions one way or another by Umer Khan and Naseem to in the lower order scoring 23 in 8 balls between them.

Just saw Khushdil Shah batting and I must say he's a limited batsman. Tries to play everything towards leg side. He scored 25 just because of some lose bowling by Khurram in the 19th over.

Junaid Khan, being an experienced player, blocked his scoring shots and he threw his wicket immediately.

International bowlers will find his weaknesses no time.

Abdullah Shafiq and Bangalzai are a fantastic young pairing. Hopefully, play for Pakistan one day. I'm thinking about test cricket here.

Absolutely if they work hard they can even develop their games to other formats. They are still pretty young.

Sight for sore eyes, these two young batsmen. I've had enough of these domestic hacks.

They absolutely can, but right now they should be getting as many red-ball games as possible. Really good prospects, both.

Shafique is possibly the most naturally elegant batsman after Babar in the Pak circuit I think.

Both these look class..great techniques no hacks. Obvioulsy 2020 is not their game as you can only slog in this format. Both should have great future inshallah. We need batters desperately

imam's injury is a blessing in disguise, we get to see these 2 flourish and showcase without pressure

Yes they definitely should be getting more red ball games under their belt as thats the only format to polish the basics. Bangalzai this season will possibly play all the QAE matches but, Abdullah might have to miss quite a few of them due to A team tour of Srl and then BD tour of national team.

That's a bummer. PCB needs to keep these things in mind when selecting players for different tours. What Abdullah needs right now is first class cricket.

Well to be honest A tour is perfect for Abdullah. What wasnt last two years being selected in every format for pak and carrying the drinks

Thats the issue when you select guys who are pretty young that when they are part of national team they don't get much domestic cricket and if they dont play for national team then their growth sometimes can be at halted.

I understand that being with the national team is a good learning curve as well but, I personally wont select any guy with less than 15-20 FC games unless he is a necessity and I am going to play him in every game at international level, the way Shaheen was developed. As guys like Hasnain, Abdullah, Haider etc could have been more developed if they wouldn’t have been selected for international cricket and if they were then they should have played regular international cricket which wasn’t the case.

Dont mind the A tour that much as that can be good experience. Issue would be him if he is sitting on the bench on BD tour and missing QAE at the same time.

Bangalzai is another batsman with a good technique but no killer instinct

Another one in the long list of T20 accumulators

Agha Salman may be the most overrated Domestic T20 pro in the Pakistan set up.

Offers absolutely nothing

He is pretty young and is still developing. Yes if in next 4-5 years he doesn’t show more range then that would be a worry atleast in T20 format. As to be honest we wont see many 18-20 year old guys tearing apart even domestic bowling attacks (exceptions aside). What you can hope at this age is guy shows good basics and temperament.

Good thing is that the guy even at this age is trying to finish the matches for his team like he did with his previous 50 or so not out. So he is still doing better then many of his age.

However, yes he needs to expand his game in coming years.

Shot was risky but, could have been played however execution wasnt great.

Where is Saim Ayub?

How is he not good enough for National cup but is good enough for QG in PSL?

This match looks suspicious!!!!! 8 no-balls. PCB needs to investigate this match.

Sohaib Maqsood showing his mediocre fielding once again

Embarrassing

Now Harris Sohail also throwing his name in the hat for selection

He is looking in full flow!

Saim made 82 yesterday for Sindh in the seconds. Notable was Kamran Gulam also playing and flopped
