I guess for spinners there should be leniency since they are not fast but for fast bowlers yaar 140 ki ball sar pay. It is dangerous.

That rule has been there for ages. Two beamers is a rare thing and unheard of from the spinners. Despite this the umpires gave him a third chance and he bowled a third beamer. Umpires did not enforce a law and gave him a third chance. He has himself to blame and no one else. I can only imagine what he must be going through.
