GIVE Auss the trophy.....it makes no sense playing :))

It'll all be clear very soon........hold your horses!!

Looks like pahlay aap pahlay aap going on between the batsmen or I see some conflict. No one wants to get the last run. Match fixing or some betting going on? Watch Star News and get the answers

:))) :)))

My dad said the exact same thing!

It just shows how an in-form Ponting makes such a difference to Australia's fortunes.

One of the most boring matches in cricket's history. The second semi-final will offer a lot more drama I suppose. :))

Aussies middle order is still to fire and has not been exposed much becoz Ponting is getting the score good ............ In the final if the opponents get Ponting out early on they have a very good chance to lift the cup ........

So the defending champions progress to their second consecutive final.

i knew it, ausi would win, congrats, and inshallah pakistan will win the semi final against new zealand, and then inshallah pakistan will win the final against australia. Come on Pakistan!

Pakistan Zindabaad!

Good news, if Pakistan gets to the final, Ponting is due to fail....
Once he fails others didn't get a practice and get to bat today, so they will fail too.

England can never win a champions trophy, indians and south africans should be pissed right now, as they could think of been in this place! lol!

Strauss: When you lose 6 for 100 runs it's always difficult to get back but Bresnan and Wright did well. Our shots didn't come off today. We can take a lot from this tournament but Australia outplayed us today. They've got a good mix. It was disappointing to lose Broad but Bresnan did magnificently with the bat."

I am sure, you would be regretting ur decisions ,first to toss the coin up n then to use that kind of coin.. :D

Ponting: I thought we got a little carried away in the middle overs, looking for wickets but the England pair did really well. There's a lot of energy in this group, we're in the final so well done everybody. I told the boys that every ball we face is a contest. Personal stats don't always motivate me, I look to finish the job for my team. Watson's peaking at the right time. His spell to the left-handers was terrific."

Well one learns every day.

Plus a document that I was working on is all but complete. So all is not lost. :)

Watson is the Man of the Match: "It (my form) couldn't get much worse at the start of the tournament. Ricky spoke to me a lot through the innings. Hopefully the injuries are behind me now. It was a beautiful wicket out there. It is time for me and others to put out hands up for this team after losing a lot of senior guys."

Ponting and Watson crush England ....... the heading on cricinfo...

Aus middle order did not get to bat again. They haven't been tested today. Good for Pakistan. Ponting, Watson and Hussy are the key but the pitch is too flat. I hope it starts turning.

Pak will regred not tieing the match against Aus and play At Cenurion. It will be tough going against NZ at Wanderers. Aus also get two days rest/preparation for the final.

Good luck Pak tomorrow.
