There are some hardcore cricket fans out there who must dislike football :D

158/4 after 36 overs, Aus falter after a good start

Australia struggling, English spinners are really choking them...good move by Strauss to bring on Collingwood, taking the pace off the ball with his off-cutters.

is it going to be 3-0 today

it would be interesting to see the aussies getting whitewashed.

Have they ever been whitewashed, and how many matches in a row have they lost before? :13:

i dont think they have...^^

but u never know....even today thv collapsed

when was the last time england beat australia in a bilateral series?

deep deep trouble..........

thre in a worst situation thn the first 2 matches

England are going to shoot up the rankings. When did they become such a force all of a sudden.

See...If Pak wer in Aus situation, right now 206/7, we'd be bundled out around max 220, wheras Aus can put maybe 250 Max....

doesnt look like it....220 hi hoga..:)

not a competitive total at all

No....if we had got them out for that much, we would have been bundled out for 150.

England are seriously owning Aussies at moment.

Should be 3-0 England. England enjoy chasing and i can see them winning with ease here!

england team looking better and better everyday. i remember when pietersen first took over and they destroyed south africa in the odis, i thought to myself how they had the best balanced team in odis. now with the inclusion of kieswetter and morgan, and swann stepping up, this team looks unstoppable in limited overs cricket.

''Spineless Australia crumble''

Harsh?

England will win this by 6 or 7 wickets at worst!

The very over-rated and limited Kieswetter goes.

Difference between Tait and Harris - Tait is genuinely bowling 97mph. He is ridiculously quick this guy.

only for 2 overs.... :akhtar used to bowl that pace for whole spell in his days

If I remember correctly Akhtar used to bowl (at his peak in Tests) around 147-150kmh with regularity, with the odd effort ball clocking 155kmh. Tait is bowling everything so far in this innings 152kmh+. Akhtar was much better as a bowler, and hit a higher peak speed, but Tait is more consistently quick.

Taits the fastest bowler I have seen , what ever the speed gun might say he looks a touch faster than Akthar to me

tait seems to be bowling within himself. he can easily step it up but then he becomes way more erratic. harris is pretty quick as well despite what you guys think.

true , rarely I have seen Tait bowl under 150kph

his consistency could be one of the reasons he isn't as successful (also he can be very erratic and concede extras)

bowlers that have slight variations in pace and that are able to throw in a slightly quicker effort ball every now and then are generally more successful. probably why sami failed (among other flaws). once the batsman is acclimatized to your pace you are pretty much asking to be hit.

lol Harris is not express. Compare him to Tait and you can see something was up at the Rose Bowl.

Tait is a demon. Wish I was watching this.

0.3
Tait to Strauss, 1 run, 155.2 kph, width, and toe-ended down to third man to get Strauss off the mark
0.4
Tait to Kieswetter, OUT, 150.5 kph, now there's no answer to that! Stunning delivery, a late-swinging yorker, and Kieswetter's middle stump is out of the ground!
C Kieswetter b Tait 0 (1b 0x4 0x6) SR: 0.00

Frighteningly quick.

guy just came back from a groin injury. i was just saying he's pretty quick not express like tait.

LOLz.....Aussies trying everything here ...but this England team is better then them in every department ...Strauss 4 on Tait....

Eng 147/3

Straussy playing well and the in form morgan in the middle with him!

Morgan just plays one of the most beautiful straight drive sixes in recent memory.

England mauling Australia here.

Ryan Harris being welcomed to reality now. Every team isn't Pakistan :inzi
