The future of Pak cricket is bright knowing YK is the man to take us forward from next year...

correct me if im wrong but their are more pakistani fans then english

can we buy the loyalties of mehmood? afterall he is a pak deep down, right?

YK must be careful vs Mahmood with that catcher at silly mid on.

I REPEAT taufeeq needs to play without fear of failure, not too defensive not risky but just right and positive. He must the hunger to dominate bowlers and demoralise them.
He should actually be looking to play the anchor. The other batsmen are natural strokemakers who can score quickly without taking risks so he should look to keep rotating the strike and look to put the bad balls away. If he has a 50% strike rate, he'll be doing his job

But the late part of the future is bleak with the loss of Inzi and Moyo.

dont worry about the required run rate, pakistan is capable of chasing this score in 50 overs

I dont think there are - depends on whn the next wkt or boundary comes - then we will hear for ourselves)

I imagine if Afridi & Moyo in place of taufi & YK ,

then the score will be 152/1 overs 16

Ohhe's far away from 50% SR all right.

Exactly, no need to lose early wickets. STill alot left in the day.

Great over that from Monty, had the batsmen jumping, the fielders jumping, all sorts of excitement going on. Mahmood to bowl now, let's see if he can find the same sort of tasters he was dishing up in the first innings

15.6 Panesar to Taufeeq Umar, no run, got that one to go over the batsman’s top edge, very close indeed, and that flies behind Read, where the first slip picks it up

15.5 Panesar to Taufeeq Umar, no run, arm ball, left

15.4 Panesar to Taufeeq Umar, no run, played defensively into the rough area and that just dropped short of Ian Bell at short leg

15.3 Panesar to Taufeeq Umar, no run, pushed up more, defended this time

15.2 Panesar to Taufeeq Umar, FOUR, sliced away through backward point, a risky shot, and that had the silly mid-off jumping and turning his back

15.1 Panesar to Taufeeq Umar, no run

Taufeeq needs to be POSITIVE

Michael Powell comes on for Eng - I shared a century partnership with him in a league game once:)

Oh good, Harmison is off the field, so the match referre is gonna sit there with them (Cricinfo said so)

And finally hes put out of his misery he was all over the place there.

No Razzaq and Afridi, so I dont think so...
Inzi and Kamy are capable. Right now we need to get into a position where a win can be achieved without too much difficulty

It was going to happen sooner or later, Monty had him in knots in that and the previous over.

Umar should be subjected to Kambal-kutt, nothing less!
They are making a hero out of Panni for no reason at all.
I told you Feeka was useless.

Panesar is the major key for england's success today, pakistan batsmen must dominate, destroy and demoralise his bowling. INSHALLAH

Mo Yousuf and Younis Khan at the crease, this is a key partnership for us.

That looked pretty inept to be honest.

I know some batsmen are brought up on spin and others on pace but what on earth was Taufeeq brought up on?

At least Yousuf and Younis will keep their heads for Pakistan now.

Guess what guys - This is the highest score we've made and be 2 wickets down

Pakistan 52/2

Do you know that Taufeeq is out, yet?

Yousef and Younis needs to do what they did in the first innings .....four by yousef

Boundary and a huge roar from the crowd, a lot of Pakistani supporters in the ground.

taufeeq man, if you was gonna hit it, come down the track!
