Bell bug strikes India again.. He was the thorn in our flesh in 2011, England just need Broad to fire now. He was the difference in that series..

England needs to go on a rampage here to force a result.

Scoring rate of 3.09 is not going to cut in on this flat track.

I thought they'd declare by tea, but looks like they'd consume 20 overs after tea too now.

Chance for the Buttler to display his prowess. A quickfire 50 is the need of the hour.

I think India will collapse. Perhaps an innings defeat or a loss by 120/130 runs.

2 Wickets should have gone down this over. Only because of the slip fielders standing a bit too deep.

Captain has to do that . WK plays important role in determining where to stand.

I have seen MSD never telling his slip fielders to come in closer. Seen this in 2011 England tour and later in Aus. So many catches fell 1 or 2 feet in front of fielders.

As I type this, Butler is throwing his bat at everything now.

Fielding coach needs To talk.

Bowled some awesome deliveries too.

Looks like a strike bowler who would go for runs but pick wickets.

In this pitch, things didn't go his way but man he has potential.

Yes. I thought he bowled very well yesterday. Today he did not look threatening at all. Its a poor pitch for pacers to bowl on.

Pankaj at Lords would have been handful. Probably could have played in place of Shami there.

When stopping for tea time, always cut the crusts off the sandwiches. Only peasants eat the crusts. No true English gentleman would eat them.

England still trundling at 3.10 RPO. They need to up it to more than 3.7 when they finish the innings. It will be poor on their part if they cannot score close to 600 bating 2 full days on this belter.

Yup.

Shami should not have played this Test for sure.

But what can we expect from the Indian management.

This test is probably gonna be another draw.

If cook wants to win he needs to declare now.

This is the time England should be smashing the trundler brigade on this flat track. India dropping catches, England not showing any urgency, looks like both teams have already accepted his match to be a draw.

I don't think India will bat today.

England has to score another 60 runs befre they can think of declaring. For that, Eng need to play another 15 overs.

Got to say, England has been very lucky to score these many runs. Literally everyone who scored should have been out long long ago.

Cook made India pay. Bell made India pay and even Buttler who was out like 3 times managed to score a 50.

I bet when India comes out to bat, every fricking 50-50 chance will be taken by fielders and umpires will also be trigger happy.

This match reminds of the 2011 tour.

ENgland batting on and on piling runs on flat wickets. India mysteriously struggles on the same pitches.

Flat pitches are indeed the way to go if you want to beat India.

That is the pressure of runs on board.

England are wasting time, 10-20 runs here would not do any damage, on the other had extra 2-3 overs can, Time to declare
