Anderson - BBI 7/43 AVG 30.46

Broad - BBI 7/44 AVG 30.60

So bloody similar

Broad Hadlee and Jimmy Wasim and Jordan Marshall what a great bowling line up

Nasser buttkissing Jimmy calling him the King of Swing and the best fast bowler in the world. :Steyn :Mamoo

3 down india is in big trouble and they deserve this for some pathetic bowling and team selections

Big trouble?.. They still have Kohli and Rahane there with Rohit, Dhoni, Jadeja and BK to come.

Indian are going to have a difficult day I reckon

Somehow feel India are being a little casual.. England are bowling with a purpose

Jordan is a rubbish bowler if your gonna steal imports at least steal someone good.

England just have to keep bowling tight and chipping away on what is still a good batting surface. The Indians bat deep.

The New Marshall is a good ODI man but not really a test bowler in my mind. Should have stuck with Plunks, or Stokes who got five wickets in the last test.

Key partnership for India now......

To get out in this track, either batsmen have to make mistakes or the ball must be brilliant.

Due to scoreboard pressure and our attitude, there is chance for us to lose a couple of wickets and get bundled out for a 250-300 score.

Very possible.

So must play carefully.

Loose balls will come and run scoring will happen fast. Just need to make sure we stay there.

This match reminds me a bit of the 2011 series. England pile up a mammoth score on a flattish pitch with a bit of help. And India succumb to scoreboard pressure. Only difference is Indias batsman are better equipped this time.

Even tail is batting well.

Indians are going to find it really tough now

Why does it keep changing Indians to Indian??? :po:

Rahane got away with that he gloved it showed on Hotspot. India would be in deep trouble if he went

I do not see Ali as anything more than a part time spinner. Just someone used for giving rest to main bowlers.

Haha....true.

Luckily we do not have over the hill players who have no chance of coming back to form.

And this is why I said Rahane has a lot to work when it comes to playing spin.

In India, he will be playing in rank turners. Rohit is way better than him in that reg.

How can you steal an import? Would that involve the dock workers pilfering from a ship in harbour, like in season 2 of The Wire?

Or did the ECB slavers go to Barbados and throw a net over Jordan, like LeVar Burton in Roots?

Woakes is looking good. Accurate, quicker than Jimmy and swings it under blue sky. Could be the permanent third or fourth seamer and will give Stokes a boot in the bottom.

If England has to win here , they need to get India all out today , other wise forcing a win will be tough

Finn is better choice than both of them.

Haha the ECB apologist strikes. I mean Jordan was born and bred in Barbados not really English is he ?

Please post like your name.

He is posting like his name. SIF is one of the most sensible posters on this forum of any denomination. Would you prefer him saying that India have this in the bag despite being 450+ runs behind?

I do think that ***** is better facing spinners. It's seam that ***** struggles with.

Talent is only better than Rahane in poking outside off stump.

The two Indian batsmen who could bat long, have perished.
Now what's left is Kohli & his likes who are brilliant stroke makers & can make some runs alright, but can't be trusted to bat for long periods.

While it's important to make runs, it's more important to bat for long as time is of great essence here. A deficit of 150-200 with 5-6 sessions left vs a deficit of 150-200 with 4 odd sessions left could make all the difference.

This match is England's to lose now.

Well Indians still have a good lineup coming up. Kohli will have to come up big though and Rahane/Yemess have to support. Stage is set!

What do you mean Kohli can't be trusted to bat for long periods. He batted plenty long in SA. His wicket is the prize wicket I reckon.
