What does Rahat offer?

He bowls well with new ball - his 1st spell was good; even after lunch 2nd spell as well; could have easily had a figure of 10-1-44-2; which is what you need.

Problem is, these bowlers have bunked 3 to 5 years of age, doesn't have a diet habit for a fast bowler & they don't play County anymore, therefore their baptism is 60 overs/day FC style where 5+4+3+3 is the maximum work load for a day.

At 36, Imran batted for 2 hours, then bowled 43 overs, then batted for 5 hours, then bowled 10 overs at stress - that's the same Pathan/Punjabi gin that we are watching here.

No I agree with you!!! Some of our fast bowlers (Sohail, Wahab, Rahat) are over aged and need to be replaced as soon as possible. Amir still has age in his side but looks totally out of touch. May be too early to play in test after 5 years of ban
