Sohail's suggested replacements for Farhat were Taufeeq Umar, Khurram Manzoor, Khalid Latif.

I personally would favor bringing Younis Khan back, having Butt move back to opening with Yasir Hameed as his partner. Assuming Farhat is to be dropped.
