It won't be a walk in the park for sure - but without AB & a fading Amla, SAF will also have to negotiate 4 wicket takers, relentlessly. If catching cordon can back-up, I don't see SAF posting 250 even once in 6 try on similar wickets like IND Series. PAK might still loose 3-0, because of the batting - I am just suggesting a way to prepare for that.

Azhar, Imam, Asad, Usman, Saad, won't play in ODI/T20 - send them in the wrap of A tour after NZ Tests are over - add Abbas, Wahab, Rahat, Hamza & Yasir in the mix as well.

Tactical mistakes aside, the main issue is occupying the crease and scoring big.

Haris is the best batsman in the side, but he can’t be trusted to score big. In a better system, he could have been a 20+ hundred player, but he will be lucky to score 10 consider his age and fitness now.

Shafiq will always be Shafiq, and Sarfraz is just good enough for a few cameos at best.

Too much depends on how Babar develops in Tests.

Agree with Haris part in another system but still think he has 3-4 years left atleast.
Watch out for Usman Salahuddin too. Can score big hundreds and someone who we need in UAE.
