Goes without saying - the Indian line-up is a Potemkin village. Rohit and Dhawan are fine, but the next four are the laughable quad of Rayudu, Karthik, Kedar Jhadav and Dhoni. And guess who's at #7? Bhuvneshwar Kumar!

Sarfraz will be full of glee that he gets to face this lot not once or twice, but potentially thrice in the span of two weeks!

Do you see any hope for India in this tourney? Hong Kong last evening showed our place in this Asia Cup.
 
It will be a humiliation for Pakistan themselves if they dont embarass and humiliate us every single time in this tournament.
 
hopeless squad with poor batting line up, Pakistan have a strong team and they are having good bowling unit. Hope they play good game of cricket

Kl Rahul would probably come in place of DK, Pandya in place of Jadhav?(Not sure of that is a wise option as Jadhav's spin will be more handy than Pandya's bowling) and Bumrah to come in place of Thakur.
I think both Jadhav and Pandya should play and bhuvi should be rested/dropped.
 
I love this Indian fan tactic..Play down your team so that when they do win you can come on pakistani forums and send over your trolling insults..

This is cricket ODI's. This India team can easily thrash us. And we could potentially beat them too. The match is a 50-50 match. All India vs Pakistan games are. So lets stop this fakeness and get real..

3-0 to Pakistan provided India can somehow scrape through to final, 2-0 is however guaranteed. Great chance for Pakistan to further enhance their already much superior H2H record against us.
 
This Indian team for Asia cup has so many have beens and never beens that its not even funny. Damn you talentless hack MSKP!!
 
Its funny how the new Australia of 2000s is reduced to this level by their own fans in no time. Now the likes of Rohit, Dhawan, Rahul, Pandaya, Bhuvi etc. are village level. Indian fans are embarrassing.
 
If openers don't get going, this batting lineup will struggle to post even 200!

Bhai, even if India wins, I would care least about it. This is just another game. Btw, there won't be any surprise if India wins it. They are a quality ODI team even without Kohli.

It doesn't really mean much for me if India loses or wins. Some things you do is just for fun purpose and increase the entertainment quotient which is what I did above.

You can give a benefit of doubt to [MENTION=139595]Ab Fan[/MENTION] because he is not an Indian fan and hardly call this team a dominant team.

There are others who were claiming that they don't care but still posting their final XI here. These are the same fans who were defending gambhir who himself is part of a discussion panel on ABP and Ary news. To those who don't know he didn't want India to play against Pakistan because of the current situation.

No matter how many times we beat IND, it will not have any weight.

Without Kohli, this struggling, old and overweight side is reduced to 80% capability.

We should not chest thump. Will beat them easily.

On a personal note, I love coming to Pakpassion and having following it regularly, what I find is that there is a solid craze for this match on PP and there are several threads already on it and that too on the first page itself.

Hence, you end up coming to these threads only and discuss/talk regarding the same. Suppose, for example, there is a match between Sri Lanka and West Indies and it is a WC final. It is a match I won't really care but given everywhere that is what the talks will be on, I will come up and talk on that only.

The way I see this match, it is just for fun and entertainment and I dont really care whoever wins. Anyone can see that India has players that can win this match. So, it is not like running away or being scared of losing.

I thought Indian batting was supposed to be out of this world! Now we are being given the impression that the middle order are not supermen after all! One day Indian fans insist how brilliant their batsmen are where as the next things suddenly change. Truth is other then Kohli the rest of the are no better or worse then other middle order batsmen.

It'll still be 1-1 except if India scrapes through to the final then it'll be 2-1 in Pakistan's favour.
 
I want this to be 2-1 so we can get over these TTF's like Raydu, Pandey, Jadhav & DK. lets bring in fresh faces and build the team for future not past. I think our selectors have taken a note from pak selectors for picking these TTF's as they will hurt badly as tournament progresses.

I feel we might win the match on Sunday. But I couldn't say what would happen in the final, I don't know if we could do it twice.

It would hurt alot if we lost on Sunday but it would then be funny if we played India in the final and won :D.
 
India will be much stronger if they play jadeja, I expect them to beat us 3 - 0! We have no bench strength in the batting department, our best spinner on the bench is a part timer, and they seem to be reluctant to select a bowler who averages 21 in uae, all in all, Pakistan let India win!

That's the only positive. All of them had it easy against Lanka, Zim since 2017.

Now all of them getting exposed and you can differentiate between good players and minnow bashers.

So in a way it's good for Pak to be playing against India 3 times.
 
I would be fine with once, not counting this match.
 
How confident are you that we can take revenge against India in the final?

I will simply be relying on odds. Surely we can't lose three in a row. If Fakhar can get 70 odd runs we are in the game.
