You have to look it based on the context - 350 is never easy indeed, but there there was time when the same could have been said for 250 - that too in 60 overs!!! ODI context has changed so much over the years that you have to adjust the par on current context. For this stadium and wicket, I belive that range is 400!! Kiwis chased 280+ in 36 overs losing 1 wicket to a very decent Pom attack - that’s probably the par here & I think this wicket is even better.
