India U-19 won the toss and elected to field first..
 
From what I have followed India are very good chasers so we really need to put on a massive total

Hopefully Sami Aslam can score big again
 
Good news is that Zia ul Haq is playing.But the bad news is that Usman Qadir is not playing,perhaps because of the injury in the last game...

India rely heavily on their captain Chand and the other batsman named Zol. If we can get these two cheaply, especially Chand then Pakistan are favourites.

Should Get at least 260 batting first.

Pakistan off to a steady start.

have u forgotten the third guy who brought us back into game against u guys in last match ?
i think his name is nath and eve kaleria did fine at death overs
anything under 270 india under 19 would be favorites
over 280 pakistan considering this is final and there would be pressure nad these guys are very young

Well you will allways get a performance from one other batsman or two but that is only bonus. The others are too inconsistent. Even a guy like Aparjith can be dangerous on his day but you only mention real matchwinners and Chand and Zol are matchwinners.

Besides apart from Pakistan game the others haven't done anything speciall and don't forget all the lives indian batsmen got against Pakistan in last match. Hopefully Pakistan will field better today.

Anyways it's a Pakistan v India game so anything can happen:)

Babar used 31 balls for his 10 runs. Should have attacked from ball one.

yes others did but with nath coming in with req rr over 8 he did pretty well and he didnt get lfie i think others did :p
he was run out first time! =))
anyway true its same with msot team really u have 2-3 consistent guys in form and others support them
not all guys can be in form :)

I went to bed early last night because of this match and I am still in my bed just following it on my iPhone.

I am a big fan of The current u19 team and how can you sleep when India and Pakistan are playing? :yk
 
Pakistan two down now.

62/2 after 15.2 overs. Imam ul Haq departs.
 
Sami Aslam and umar Waheed need to play till 40th over at least and if they can get to 190 then they can really attack in the last 10 overs.
 
76/2 after 18.3 overs, not too bad. We need to get 280 at least though... Aslam, Waheed, Nawaz left. Anymore batsmen?
 
Sami Aslam has had a great tournament, more impressive than Babar Azam imo.

Of course I'm basing this purely on stats because stupidly none of this tournament was televised :( Argh

Hope Zia-ul-Haq puts in a solid performance.

With wickets in hand the score should be doubled in next 20 overs:)

Sami Aslam is looking like a promising prospect. I'd rate him above Babar Azam.

I guess Indians have done well to restrict the Pakistani lads's score to 282....But Pak bowling looks superior,,would be a good contest
 
Pakistan should have got 300 after a very good start. Definatley missed Usman Qadir's hitting down the order and will miss his bowling as well.

But with Zia ul haq back we should be able to defend this.

Should get Chand early because he paces his innings quite well.
 
Looking at the scorecards, it seems as though Zia-ul-haq needs a bit more control
 
Pretty easy going out there at the moment, Need wickets at regular intervals or else India are gonna win.
 
Second time in the innings they have given away 5 runs of 1 ball. not acceptable. Poor fielding. And now the edges go fo fours as well. Need a couple of quick wickets to peg back the indians.
