Did you guys see how well Wasim Jaffar played Kaneria....actually their batsmen were so good that it looked kaneria so bad. Wasim Jaffar was hitting Kaneria on-drives against the spin for 4s. There are odd balls turning but still pitch is not that bad.

Salman Butt could easily left that ball.
Yassir Hameed he just can't play spin.
Younis Khan.. seriously was that ball to get out?

When you play spinners the back and across movement is required and also you should not be flat footed. You should be on your toes. But the way Indians attack spinners involve very minimum risk. They play against turn yet look safe because lot of wrist work is involved in the strokes for Jaffer and Laxman.

But more importantly India had a bowler who could not stick to basics and tried something every ball.

These players are good batsmen. But when you chase total of 616 you are bound to have confusion about your approach. Defend or attack. From the way Younis played one could see, pitch was playing tricks.. hanging around could become suicidal.
 
Once again I would like to ask just like when India was batting and they were not using some of there tecgnolgy why dont they show the length of the stride I dont care baout a decsion just pointing out how BBCI controlled tv is being selective, and whats the reason this is a shitty PAK team and it will losse 3-0. Just be fair show all the angles the guy I dont like him is fighting for a position in the team and cricket is his livelihood
 
Some punter on Cricinfo has given Pakistan some suggestions.

Narinder comments on the Pakistan's approach: "Pakistan are in some type of a hurry. They need to realize that this is a Test and not a ODI or a 20-20 match. I am not seeing a lot of singles. Sure there have been lot of boundaries but I think if anyone needs to work the scores, they need to slow down and just do their part without looking at the Indian mammoth score. Right now however, it seems like this innings will go away quickly from Pakistanis....they need to plan better for the next one.

Pakistan will loose and by a big margin its obvious that these guys are not even trying they gave up with in the first 2 hours of day one . What a disgarceful team

Let's go higher, 180 then Kamran goes, which triggers an acceleration from him with the tail that gets him to 330. Let's aim for the moon

Dude it's only a matter of time before they lose their wickets to the spinners so while they are out they should at least look to score a few more runs.

The pitch is that bad? The pitch is fine. I would bet on Indians dominating and showing us how to bat in their 2nd innings.

I think Shah Rukh Khan also tried to take on a similar role for Indian Cricket but too bad BCCI didn't let him.
 
As much as we all want to praise Misbah - just take it easy. We don't want to jinx him!

it shows that this wicket is not that bad if u apply yourself. all wickets were lost by our mistakes. terrible stuff from pakis

now akmal needs to be extra careful here... in the last match too he got off to decent starts but threw it away. Here he needs to play a long innings!
