I calling it now, the world record is on the cards if these two stay in till about the 40th over.

22.6 Jayasuriya to Sehwag, 1 run, dropped a sitter!! That was short on the off stump, Sehwag could have hit that anywhere but slapped it straight back to the bowler, Jayasuriya was late to react, he fails to cup a dolly and buries his face in his hands after realising the enormity of his mistake :))) :)))

OK have to get a stream now.

Mendis and Murali bowling to Sehwag and the YUVI :))) :))) who are going ballistic.

Classic moment.

RA can u pm me Stream link?

They scored too fast. That means they have to drop their scoring rate drastically if iit means taking just singles.

I remember in 2003 series in pak we wer 200+ by the 25th over & ended up getting only 350....we normally dont finish off good starts ....as i type another 6 fron yuvi !

I think Yuvi's long hard fought Test innings at Chennai has helped his temperament against spin in a big way.

Great Hit! Yuvraj pulls away from Sehwag again. Are these two having a contest, scary stuff for the Lankan's.

lol i think we might score more if we are given only 40 overs ...am pretty sure they will get 200 in 15 overs , but not sure they will get the same runs in 25 overs !

START THE VOODOO DANCE PP. :sohail

India tend to falter in slog overs, but need to keep it going all inns to reach 400!

Don't think either of these will be required to mix caution with aggression at this point. They will take more and more chances. To be honest i would rather settle for good team total than Yuvi beating a record.

Beats me how PP'rs react ..... Yuvi just crossed 100 and people here are worried on Anwar's record :)

Aer you watching the game? I just started, and the Lankans are persisting with a leg stump line to both of these men.

:)) @ the way Yuvraj was signaling to the pavilion towards Tendulkar indicating his wrong LBW decisions, that he has made up for it.

so, we are waiting some 460 runs or more on scorecard after the Indian innings today !!

lol Infact i don't even care about . This is a team that doesn't go after individual records.

Exactly who cares about a stupd rec? they can keep it.

I'm gonna do some nafl namaz for Yuvi and Sehwag's immediate demise now. :moyo

So ISI must be involved here :jm

Whats the old saying double your score at 30 overs provided you have wickets in hand. So India are looking at 460. ;-)

If somone can break Saeed's record I would prefer Sehwag over Yuvi, will it happen today?

Eventually somebody is going to break the record at this rate.Remember Mccullum made 158 in 20 overs. Just little bit of luck some guy will break the record. Who knows Elton chigumbura could break it.

I dont think anyone care abt that record than PP'rs here

Epic denial :)))

And IronMan, as long as PP exists, the record will stand. :)))

What? in an IPL game where the indians made the boundary about 20 yards so they could hit sixes and flex their puny muscles?

That doesnt really count.

Boucher made big score against a weak team. So somebody eventually will bea t with so many minnows playing these days.

Good for you.

IronMan, dont sit their and type out that you wouldnt have cared if one of the guys broke the record today. There would have been epic gloating all round. :akmal

Blame it on your pathetic team which has turned into 4th class team.
We dont have the "indian inspired weakling" in charge anymore.

Now our team is hard as fu'.

If somebody breaks we will gloat.. But we won't be praying or jinxing from ball 1 ritually. Seriously individual record glory is a thing of past.

very true IronMadien.

Not to demean the record itself, but it was scored against one of the weakest sporting teams known to man.

Still, Anwar was a king batsman.

And also chennai pitch was awesome to bat on. Infact that was an exquisite innings not withstanding the fact he had to score most of his runs with a runner.

Its always nice to have records, anyone who says they don't care aren't fooling anyone.

Damn , typical of us to loose wickets when in good position ...i wont be surprised if we end up around 340-50 :po:
