Sri Lanka have won the toss and will bowl first. They are expecting moisture, seam movement and spongy bounce. They have four seamers, Mathews included. Dilhara Lokuhettige replaces the injured Nuwan Kulasekara, and Rangana Herath comes in for Senanayake
Kohli is saying Dhoni is getting better. And the breaking news is that if India make it to the final, Dhoni might play it
 
Hopefully SL will come on top today.....still can't push myself to on the TV.........
 
I was tired of hearing again and again same line India won the toss and elected to field...Today is a different day Sri Lanka won the toss and elected to field...
 
One side of me dont want India to lose, but the saner side of me cannot bear to see another India-Lankan final and that too in Windies!!!!

Nope it only happens when there is a clam person like dhoni so you can take a chance...You can't do something like that in front of kohli :p

Nope serious.... I would take a win but that effectively means another India Srilanka tie. My appetite for trophy in this format has satisfied after CT victory.

Last time when Lanka won 2 consecutive ODI's against India was in 2010 triangular series in Lanka...(Lanka,Ind,NZ)

I feel so bad looking at Rohit's expressions at the wicket. Looks like he is depressed and he is been forced to play the game. Such a talented player but the attitude and expressions on the field while batting is not great :(

Also, he has to play positively now and take pressure of himself and the team.

I agree his attitude while batting looks totally different when you compare it with his partner dhawan...
 
Indian team looking v weak on paper,vijay (avg 19) karthik(practic match hero) Nohit sharma throwing it away for 6 years.... hard to blv Vijay and karthik are playing as specialist batsmen when there are so many better guys out there.....weird!!

vijay and karthik should never be in the ODI team. karthik can be in the team only when dhoni is not available.
 
Used to rate Rohit so highly but he's failed to live upto expectations. He should have been caught out there.

Saha has a blistering record in domestic,he can be a doubly btter batsman than karthik in any condition....karthik has back up,he was neva gud enough beyond India B
 
Does anyone feel just irritated by just watching Rohit bat? Such a bad batting display coupled with depressing body language. It is like losing the battle even before it has started.

I don't think Rohit can ever be consistent, hope I'm proven wrong. But, his overall attitude is depressing to see, just like being in a company of a negative person.
 
ball is still moving after 13 overs... not an ideal pitch for ODIs. still good to see batsmen showing patience.

pitch is not that easy to play your shots. even kohli is struggling.
 
9 from 33. If this was a Pakistani batsman all the fans would be going mad!
 
kohli is taking his time but when he crosses his hundred his strike rate will be 90 to 100
