England all over India. India trail by 243 runs and will resume their 1st innings at 87/4

How will India respond today?

Anderson is reversing like 90s.
Will be tough for India. my prediction they won't cross 180.

Sir Jaddu triple ton coming up. We are in for some entertainment.

Cricinfo Quotes. Bwahahahaa!!!

9.15am "Dhoni took 2 good decisions yesterday, change of bowling to Ishant when Bresnan came and coming as a nightwatchman to save Jadeja and Ashwin." Ouch, Arpit

"The Revenge Series... "with enemies like these, who needs friends"." Ouch, Luke G

"heard of the unstoppable force meeting the indestructible wall..? well the exact opposite would happen if india was allowed to face its own bowlers!" And ouch, Gowtham

9.10am Meanwhile, Mumbai Mirror is on a roll. After "uncomfortably numb" yesterday, its headline today is: "Can India be allowed to face its own bowlers?"

India still 40 odd runs away from the follow on. :wg

Indians need to attack, power strokes is the way to go on this pitch.

120 lead for England.

Him and Ashwin might add a lot of runs. You never know.

I have a feeling either Jaddu will score a big hundred or fail miserably. No in between.

Ashwin will add some 40-50 runs and gets out. Still he will be the 2nd best batsman for India in this series

Everytime Musarthali created the game thread India struggles.

Today for a change someone else created it. Will be a good day for India? :nehra

Sir Jaddu will rescue the match for India. Its gonna be a tied series.

"the fab 3 is still to come with best batsman after Pujara in this series..the great Ashwin..The man with 3 triples..sir jaddu..and another one with avg of 75 with bat this season..Chawla..England you are up against mountain" Dire Straits for England, indeed, Prozium

Negative play from India like snails, resigned to a draw.

Lol, we really should just stack a very heavy off side field, and bowl wide of offstump. Dhoni was the king of doing that against the Aussies.

"India should get to 330 at least by Tea. That, of course, if they bat through." Vishnu, tomorrow, right?

Yeah I do remember that. Aussies scored some 168 runs for 2-3 wickets. India clearly played for draw in that match. India usually play for draws once they lead a series but since it's a "revenge series" they prepared result pitch everytime and it backfired.

They can but once the effect of the roller reduces it will once again become hard to score.

Looks like England spinners became ineffective.

Good ploy from India to use 4 spinners, easy rotation.

The man Kohli is learning the art the hard way...good for our cricket!!!

Ball started doing things. We need atleast a wicket this season.

India fighting back. Good to see. Kohli will have to make a big one here.

Umer Akmal can only dream how Kohli is batting at the moment. The boy is too good.

Bresnan not even getting up to 80mph, he has truly become a trundler, surely Flower can see it

Good session for India. England have a lot to mull over during the break.

not a taunt, but I have a feeling they r playing safety first approach, thus stopping the singles with few close in fielders.nothing wrong with it ofcourse

Nah I don't think it's as complex as that, I just think that everything can appear to die out there during a good partnership - Prior and Root for example forced nearly 50 wicketless overs at a slow place.

Wickets have fallen in clusters on this pitch. A scrappy breakthrough and/or the new ball can bring England back into this after lunch.

yes maybe, but I guess both teams are playing waiting games n not trying too many things, looking to minimize risk.beneficial for England ofcourse

Collingwood at the start of the match said it will finish in 3 days.maybe he meant 3 extra days

India 180 odd behind with 6 wkts left in the bank. Slowly but surely getting back into the contest. New batsmen coming in will find it tough to get going imo. So one or two wickets here may well result in a collapse. Still any one's game I feel.
