Well it depends on how quickly other people make their draft picks.

You can either just take the people who have already selected their overseas people out of it and let there be a draft between the people that still have to choose their overseas players.

Or continue the way this is going (and get everyone to agree on a time to be online at the same time, so we can move forward quickly). The benefit of doing this is that you for instance will get to pick the Pakistani players that you don't want someone else to pick.

No they are picked in the squads submitted by the people who had already selected their overseas players.

Their are still plenty of good batsmen and fast bowlers remaining though:

Like Strauss, Trott, Hussey, Asif, Ryan Harris, Southee, etc.
