Now you don't win by batting the 50 or 20 overs but by getting more no. of boundaries. Our players have clearly struggled with power hitting on Aus tour apart from Sharjeel no one looked like clearing ropes. Kamran's form should be utilized.

my question in the OP is specifically target in comparison to Asad and Rizwan. All I'm saying he is way better than Asad and Rizwan as a LOI player and should be in the team ahead of them. How many times Asad has made comebacks even YK made twice comebacks and Rizwan has been with the team for last like 2 years. Kamran is way better than these players and must have been selected ahead of them.

I gave you the answer, Fahkar and Shahzaib, i dont expect them to be great but they will competing with a guy who averages 26 and is 35 years old.

Please please please, no Asad Shafiq anywhere near our ODI or T20 team. I honestly can't handle watching him play in those formats.

Rizwan looks like a great guy to have on the team, but I don't think he can fit. He looks like a good accumulator, but half our team is like that. Unless somebody steps down and he can start playing in the top 5, preferably top 4.

Kami, I would like to see him as an opener. He is the best option we have AS AN OPENER right now imo.

In 20 20 kamran can give explosive starts , but he has to stay at wicket for 5 - 6 overs .

Problem with PCB is that they have selected yet another non playing Captain in Sarfraz, like Azhar and Misbah...

Azhar was not suitable for LOI opening, too slow, Misbah used to come at 20/25 overs and was too slow for last 25 overs, Sarfraz is also very slow for mid to last part, we have seen that many times.

Only difference is that he is keep on yelling for 20/50 overs, I wonder what he will do in test, yell at bowler after every ball, tell him what ball to bowl??

Rizwan is worse, he is terrible batsman, he has been with national team for 2 years, good athelete but zero batting, whenever he has given a chance at national level or PSL, he failed miserably.... should be dump for long time.

Unfair on Rizwan, man has better stats than Kamran lol.

Kamran's always been talented, but he's not done any justice to that in internationals. Always hits a few shots, gets out. Quite frankly should be compared to Sarfraz who has far outperformed Kamran since taking the wicketkeeper slot.

Kamran also was recalled on the back of good domestic form last time. He did nothing.

I don't mind him coming back due to good domestic form. But guy has played 154 ODIs at an average of 26. That is damning.

Rizwan hasn't looked to convincing, asad of course shouldn't be in the team. But again we have another options to open instead of Kamran e.g. Fakhar Zaman, Shehzad etc. Better to look to the future.

Kamran would at least perform 1 out of 5 games, the rest would fail all games
