This is the highlight of season for spurs fan, small club mindset
Arsenal have lost 5 games this season. You lost 4 games , I said after 3, one more it’s done . The two Xmas back to back defeats & horrible performance v Villa meant it’s only a chase .
I'd never want Arsenal to lose a game. That dumb mentality is just a spurs thingIf the roles are reversed the majority of your fans do the same
Ye 100% congrats to Villa and Unai. Pleased for him he's a classy guy. @shaz619 enjoy
Arsenal have lost 5 games this season.
City have only lost 3.
Yeah the poor December where Arsenal took 1 point from 4 games vs Villa, Fulham, west ham and Liverpool meant they were playing catch up.
Then decision to play with line up vs Villa at home when there was no need to go back to a midfield that wasn't working earlier in season.
Those 6 points Emery took played huge part in why a miracle is needed on Sunday.
Both Liverpool and Arsenal let City in the back door fatal mistake
Worst thing is I think City will get rid of players like grealish, nunes, phililps and bring in players like Kimmich, paqueta, savio etc.. so they will be even harder to stop next season
I was routing for a draw so Arsenal had a chance but can’t say am not delighted. This is beyond belief really, we’re back where we belong, at the showcase of the immortals after roughing it out in the Championship just yesterday. What Unai has achieved in such a short period of time in the league has been special, I thoroughly believe in these players, Unai has been the glue which bought them together, he wont ever be forgotten by Villa fans regardless of what happens in the CL, can’t believe I said that! Villa vs Barcelona or Madrid, then off to Ladypool Road! can’t believe I said that, can happen![]()

If situation was other way round, and Arsenal had manager in their 1st season with a chance of making CL which ultimately helps the chance of your club getting better players id want that. If a rival wins the league so beat it
Spurs not making CL will only mean they will get left even further behind next season as Villa will gey stronger, Chelsea will get better as will you lot.
Spurs fans would rather keep living in mediocrity as that's all they know.
Would you support Sunderland if a win for them meant you would win a trophy?
Arsenal had a far stronger defence this season to Liverpool. I don’t understand why Arteta stopped pressing this season & rotated for the sake of it esp trusting the likes of zinchenko . You shouldn’t have lost two on the bounce to Fulham & West Ham who don’t have great defences . 20% more attack minded , one of those two was a win & the title.
Enjoy it bro and I mean that. Not many teams these days have much to achieve due to the dominance of City so you've got to enjoy these momentsI was routing for a draw so Arsenal had a chance but can’t say am not delighted. I always want Sunderland to lose unless it would benefit us
The reality is CL was never fully in their hands anyway so I totally get it
I remember an AFTV clip where an Arsenal fan said he'd rather both Arsenal and Spurs lose EL/CL final than both win it and that wasn't an uncommon opinion
It's part and parcel of rivalry
In this exact scenario I'd rather lose if it meant it would hurt Sunderland
Yeah I get the rivalry thing, but AFTV is just a poor representation of the fan base.
Why would you not want your own club to win a trophy even if a rival did as well, that makes no sense.
Also that channel has no morals, they know usually sensor the outspoken fans and just use it as a cheer leading platform after getting some access and privileges at the club. Most journalists linked to club behave in same way.
City needs to clear the FFP charges before they can be crowned the greatest English team. The foundation of their success is built on breaking the rules.West Ham have a hole not a defence . City big win to crown them not just champions but greatest English league team .
Arsenal competed @Mamoon mission accomplished?
When you lose the title by 2 points, it all comes down to marginal moments and you can find a plethora of such moments throughout the season. You lost 4 games , I said after 3, one more it’s done . The two Xmas back to back defeats & horrible performance v Villa meant it’s only a chase .
Liverpool away last season was the last time an Arsenal keeper saved the team. When CIty needed it last night their keeper, came up with a save which pretty much helped them win the game.
When you look back at moments like that then look at Arsenal keeper, there hasn't been a similar game where Raya made the difference and won points for Arsenal
People choose their own defining moments to suit their narrative. Losing to Villa cost Arsenal the same number of points as losing to West Ham at home and Fulham away.Like I said At the elite level, fine margins define success and failure. Arsenals defeat, (bottle job) at home to Villa was the defining moment. As we did previously discuss, the Juggernaut that is city, needs no second invitations
There’s nothing between Arsenal and City now. Just fine margins. Their points on the table plus head to head results this season show that.Man City are a brute force
They will spend more this summer to bolster their squad. How do you stop them? Liverpool can't afford to have Brighton like budget, they must spend big to compete with city. Defensive midfielder like Endo isn't going to win you titles, he is a squad player at best.
That's a weird decision from Ten haagTen Haag drops Hojund & is playing Bruno up front . Strange but let’s see.
Newcastle & Chelsea fighting for European spot . I think both will win tonight away from home .
That's a weird decision from Ten haag
I think Newcastle may drop points tonight.
I think Chelsea will win
Last time they had no Europe was probably when English teams were banned in the 80sMan United could be without Europe for next season never happened in my lifetime , following EPL since 2002/03
Not great for Newcastle, espcially if they end up conference league or no europe. Means less money for them to spend. They might have to sell isak and Gordon for 50M each
spent the lowest amount yet won 8 titles. Pretty good stuff from JG.View attachment 143860
JK deserves a lot more respect then what he is getting. He managed LFC with one hand tied behind his back.
But but but but feel sorry for us. We need your sympathy because we Liverpool are too poor to spend money. Our manager Klopp is homeless and certainly looks homeless, and our net spend is just loose change.View attachment 143860

You've missed me! Arsenal are not an elite club at all having never won the ECLBut but but but feel sorry for us. We need your sympathy because we Liverpool are too poor to spend money. Our manager Klopp is homeless and certainly looks homeless, and our net spend is just loose change.

No! When Man City win the EPL Son Heung-min should receive a standing ovation from Arsenal fans!. Nice one lad hit it straight at the Man City keeper to make sure Arsenal fans keep crying!!But but klopp should get a special job seekers allowance Trophy and net spend trophy![]()
You don’t understand the difference between net worth and having money to spend on players. You've missed me! Arsenal are not an elite club at all having never won the ECL![]()

You are just also rans in Europe's top competition something that JK won where as Arteta can'even dream about it no matter what the budget is!
https://www.888sport.com/blog/football/richest-football-clubs-in-world is a list of the richest clubs in the world 2024, as always you are behind us. Get used to it pal it will always be that way!
If our owners loosened the purse strings a bit more then sure it would help us nonetheless overall we will always be bigger then you! Just shows the Arsenal finishing second in the league makes them feel awesome so easily satisfied are you lot.
I understand everything well. It is you who can't accept that winning something is better then winning nothing! You don’t understand the difference between net worth and having money to spend on players.
Finishing second in the league and missing out on the title by 2 points is better than winning the FA Cup/Carabao Cup and having a limp title challenge or no title challenge.I understand everything well. It is you who can't accept that winning something is better than winning nothing!![]()
You have won nothing this season! That is what competition is all about. Finishing third and winning a trophy is much better then walking empty handed. Once more altogether now Arsenal have won nothing since Arteta arrived. As much as it hurts it is a painful fact so deal with it. To me finishing second is as bad as finishing sixth in the sense that no one cares. This is why with such an attitude Arsenal have a stinking history that to you finishing second is a great accomplishment where as we are all about winning ECL's.Finishing second in the league and missing out on the title by 2 points is better than winning the FA Cup/Carabao Cup and having a limp title challenge or no title challenge.

FA Cup is not much either after you dismissed the importance of domestic trophies, right!!? Again your crystal ball of him doing this or that in the future is not fact but a prediction. I am dealing with FACTS only.posting lies in bold and large font won’t make them any true.
Arteta won the FA Cup in his first season, but that is not the reason why Arsenal fans rate him. That FA Cup meant nothing because the club was in shambles then.
Arsenal fans rate him and are excited for the future because he has transformed into a title challenging tea and there is no doubt there he will win multiple leagues with Arsenal.
Add a 2nd for Foden.Man city lead after 2 mins through Foden 1-0
Good last games for them, before they move to bigger and better clubsGood win for us to end the season, Bruno and Isak were particularly class
Apparently they aren't elite so no one will want them . . .Good last games for them, before they move to bigger and better clubs![]()
