Looking at last 2 innings, each side scored at a rate of almost 4 runs per over. WI played 112 overs in last innings scoring 404 runs.

Assuming Pakistan plays till 10 overs before tea, that should leave about 110 overs for WI to play and @ 4 rpo they should be able to score 420+ runs.

Pakistan can play 35 - 40 overs more and @ 4 rpo should score about 160 more runs that leaves a lead of about 400 even.

Not looking good for Pakistan. If we have to win this match we have to score @ 5 rpo until 10 overs before tea and then let WI play.
