Lat time I was this tense was v Bangladesh in 2003 where Inzi's heroics saved the day (and our dignity!)
 
Akmal should continue like he has nothing to lose - as his place in the side has gone anyway- maybe with a cavalier cameo he can save it but he cannot really expect to defend here and get a 50 to win the game for us as he is not in from.

A coward is always a coward, RD scratched and scratched his itchy butt back to the pavillion, why? cause he wanted to play for a draw cause he was too scared to play for a win.. SRT meanwhile was limping like a retard in a true sense during that innings but atleast he tried to put the bad balls away in his short stay....

52 runs to win now, we're scoring the runs at a decent clip which is great.

In the context of the game, this has been an absolutely superb partnership and innings from both of them, and in particular YK.
 
Smith trying his trump card- Ntini, who has been marvelous and needs to be seen through again as he should be tiring a bit now.
 
I've had a chart in my office countding down the runs - still so tense !
 
Akmal has been chancy but is doing what he can do best- Fortune favours the brave and maybe just maybe he can get his confidence back if he can go not out here--Allah madad karay baichara has been terrible recently!!
