Pakistan and India confirm ceasefire ‘with immediate effect’

Pakistan has no choice to retaliate, Indian media claiming they tried last night but no such thing yet .

Pakistan has to consider its targets more carefully, unlike Indian attacks they want to target military not civilians, which is always harder . A few missile attacks on a base or two should end it . However with these drones, if pak choose to go down the same road sending drones to various cities, this could continue for months and possibly years , leaving both nations crippled.

Pakistans next move or no move will determine if this goes to all out war or ends quickly .

No one is Discreditting Pak defence.

But the Drones are causing major damage in Pakistan, Karachi and Rawalpindi has been attacked.

At this rate best we can hope for is for all this to end asap because things might be going out of hand here.....

If you look at this from a wide angle, things can stop but the images of civilians in cities looking worried of drones , doesn't look good bro . Almost seems like both sides are preparing the people for some huge war , firstly it's to convince the people one is needed, Indians were and now Pakistanis are too .

When major airports start shutting down or mass cancellations of flights , its never a good sign . What it does mean something isht too far away either. You need strong leaders for peace , noth nations have jokers in charge imo .

Ours is one of the most respected leaders globally right now with a massive approval rating domestically.

Imran Khan wasn’t a joker but you jailed him and violated him in custody.

Clown statement, he couldn't even properly congratulate pat Cummins for winning the world cup? The world leader literally got upset at a bloody cricket match and he's expected to lead a bloody country?

Similarly Imran Khan once proclaimed that because he mamaged to fix the operations of a hospital, he can automatically adopt that philosophy to an entire country cause Managing a hospital = Managing a country for him.
 
It is hard to get a grasp on what is going on as there is extreme censorship on the Indian side and on the Pakistani side Khawja Asif looks like a demented uncle who was going for a haircut but ended up in a TV studio by mistake.

However the engagement across LOC yesterday must have been significant for India to retaliate after saying their initial strikes were non escalatory.

The bottom line is though, the demented leadership in India is probably quite happy for a prolonged conflict on the basis that it will hurt Pakistan more. That is why they initiated the conflict in the first place.

I think posters need to learn the difference between a drone attack and a drone surveillance.

All drones put down were surveillance drones that pak army gunned down in a calculative manner so that he doesnt hit residential areas.

Pakistan is not holding back dear but you are not allowed to penetrate inside cities by Air defense system. Your army has wrecked havoc in border areas of poonch , Kupwara, Rajouri killing many civilians and destroying villages.
But still no one will get anything from this and this should stop immediately.

I'm not so sure they want a prolonged conflict. They are the verge of signing trade deals, building factories etc ( according to them), its not an environment where they want missiles whizzing around or a gunman sporadically appearing every few months.

They initiated the conflict because the Pahalgam incident burst their bubble internally, far easier to blame Pakistan than for Modi to accept his disastrous Kashmir policy sent people to their deaths.

Pakistanis had to be given a reality check in cricket as to where the two teams are in the present.

Maybe one should be given militarily too to show that it isn't 1998 anymore.

Pakistan Army has unfortunately done a no-holds barred shelling of the near border areas like Poonch. Indian media cannot cover it as that would mean admitting they are having casualties aswell.

All in all it's a messed up situation and only innocents will suffer while lunatics like @Rajdeep and @Devadwal are partying on the back of children dying on both sides.

Information Minister Ataullah Tarar has said the Indian drones shot down by the armed forces are Pakistan’s “war trophy”, which will “be kept in museums”.

“We will show them to our children and tell them that when India failed with its jets, it used drones,” he said in a speech on the floor of the National Assembly.

He added that India also suffered heavy losses on the Line of Control, highlighting that it was a big achievement for Pakistan when it comes to conventional warfare. “You will find very few examples of this in the world.”

“This is what you call a befitting response,” Tarar asserted.

If Indians say Pakistan was behind the Pehelgam attack, remember that India waited 2 weeks to attack Pakistan.

I heard there so much politics that goes on for promotion within the army to get into seniority list for nomination of COAS and eventually become the undisputed king of Pakistan. No wonder Pakiatan Army is a joke.

The whole country is a banana Republic. It is time for solution and change of system.

Coward India can kill any civilian in Pakistan and can get away with leveling them terrorist. Pak can not allow that.
