There’s like thousands of us on here from Karachi and for those abroad with many family members there. If that was the case we wouldn’t be posting on PP sipping chai and doing live match commentary on this thread.

Biggest thing happening in Karachi rn is student biryani special of free gajar ka halwa with every biryani order for 2 or more people

I can tell you what really happened in Muridke, the Indian army hit an Islamic girls school, killing a woman and two girls. Meanwhile, Indian media is claiming it to be a terrorist hideout. I’ve got video proof of the actual location. and my mrs knows the girls who attend that school and those girls definitely are not terrorists.

Only thing confirmed so far is Pakistan attacked Jammu City with drones and those heading for senstive targets were neutralized by Air Defence systems.There was a drone blast heard in Anantnag/Islambad in kashmir.

All I am seeing on Twitter are old videos/images. Those are from Philadelphia plane crash. Bhakts are spreading misinformation using old photos. :inti

The fake news from both sides of the media is getting tedious. Really tough getting credible news. Even CNN is simply " Pak or Ind sources " said this that etc .. Nothing confirming from their side. Hope saner heads prevail and things de-escalate. A full blown out war is not good for anyone in the region.

The reason for it was to avoid chaos and avoid any stampedes. Or else - the crowds in the SC cause stampedes like crazy without following any directives. Atleast this way - they will walk out normally and casualties are avoided.

Over 40 civils have been killed from the last 2 days in bordering areas of kashmir like kupwara,uri.
Educational institutions have also been shut down since last 3 days and shall continue to remain off till tuesday.

But its still being reported as such long after the game.

How long can they dupe their own population? People should know the truth so they can call for this madness to be stopped. The longer Indians believe these lies, the more inclined they will be to absorb suffering in a war.

My understanding is that the IP chairman clarified on this :

The Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 match between Punjab Kings and Delhi Capitals has been called off at the HPCA Stadium on Thursday as a precautionary measure, said IPL Chairman Arun Dhumal to IANS. At the time of the game being called off, which was signalled from stadium floodlights being turned off, PBKS were 122/1 in 10.1 overs. "Yes, the match has been called off as a precautionary step, because there are some incidents which happened in Jammu, I believe. That's what we got to know, so we thought it's wise to call off the game," said Dhumal to IANS from Dharamshala.
