Pakistan collapse to 190 all out at stumps on Day 2, set South Africa target of 149 to win

It's time for selectors to realise Yasir is no good outside Asia.

Cannot imagine the carnage when Philander comes back into the side.
 
Sarfi has to leave the team.

We won't ever win anything anywhere if we keep on with people like Hafeez, Sarfi etc. TTFs to the core.
 
Yasir has become totally hopless as a tailender, he clearly is scared and frightened of short deliveries.

Let me just say this.

Just under 25 years ago, Fanie De Villiers bowled South Africa to victory as they defended 116 at Sydney.

The match scores were similar.

The pitch was similar.

But this time South Africa is going to win this one by 8 wickets!
 
Look at that go, this pitch has come alive. Doesn't excuse this rubbish effort by the middle-order though, but we are still in with a chance.

Plus his bowling doesn’t work in either Australia or South Africa.

I’d much rather play Shadab Khan.
 
If they can somehow etch out 25 runs we can make something out of it. Those byes at the end of the over helped us a lot lol.
 
Everything went to pot in just one session.
Same thing happened in the first test against the Kiwis and then in the last test against the Kiwis.

Shows how mentally weak our batsmen are. Mental midgets.

We need to replace two of the top six maybe even three.

If Pakistan hold (just) Amir's catches he'll get a match-winning 10fer.

A target of 180 is essential tho
 
Pakistan barely bowled this way at all I would have expected Shaheen to do something like this especially with his height but no he didn't.

Still bowling to come so he can do it now and see if they are troubled.
 
SA 42 run lead looks massive now in context of this game as i mentioned after both teams had batted once.
 
Pakistan should play 4 fast bowlers in the next match.

Send someone from pakistan. Yasir is a waste of space on these wickets.

The chairmen of selectors wont do it. hes happy protecting failing seniors and family members.

He is extremely lazy, selfish and poor attitude cricketer - I have to say.

He is among top earners of PAK cricketers, he plays in total for 5-7 Tests in a year, yet he has completely stopped batting practice, probably fielding as well. At the start of career he was quite decent batsman and used to field at point - he had the potential to take his batting average close to 20 or over, instead it has come down to 5 or lower.

If Azhar Ali, Asad Shafiq and Sarfraz Ahmed has just added another 10 runs each it would now be 200-7 and a lead of 160.

It has been a case of tiny margins.
 
Shan you dont need to shield. We need any runs we can get shielding wont save the game
 
If Pak scores 200 here, they can make a match out of it. 160 target could be very tricky on this pitch
 
Just a 20 odd each from Safaraz and Asad would have taken the target to over 175.

Another 15-20 from Azhar and it would have been close to or over 200.

Although I still think anything below 250 is South Africa's game.

No chance in hell is any team making 250 on this wicket, let alone this South African team. Pakistan scores 200 here somehow, and South Africa will be in deep trouble.
 
If Faf had this field for Babar in the 1st innings, Pakistan would've been out for 130. He gifted about 50 runs to Pakistan . Can't see where Shan would get runs now. Can only wait for the last ball.

Grant can’t even say Sarfraz not to get so low . What is he doing ?
 
I will have Shan as test captain even with his current batting avg any day over Sarfaraz
