Pakistan Electoral List

I have a question for people like insaftak and all the die-hard PTI supporters.

This is a group on facebook for Imran Khan. This is their latest status.

The Electoral List being used in Pakistan is from 1997. Which means that anyone currently under age 31 is ineligible to vote in Pakistan. Majority of people who are supporters of PTI are below 30. Election Commission has been notified and we are giving them a few months. If they don't respond, then we are going to the Courts. We want election voter list based on NADRA ID card system.

Is this true about the Electoral List?

A significant factor disenfranchising the PTI voter was that the 1997 electoral list had not been updated and people were not allowed to use their old identity cards, which prevented many from voting.
