Good comeback by Pak and Naseem especially at the end there.

Time to clean the rest up and not let them get to 400.

Have our work cut out.

I feel with the amount of grass on the pitch, batting last won't be such a disadvantage. It will not deteriorate as much.

Good start but need to clean the tail quickly, we have been poor in bowling to tail in last few innings.

Some solace For naseem's stat 44/3 @2.56

Done well

Mir Hamza has been disappointing , so much experience but looks toothless at International level.

NZ is going nowhere with slow scoring. With the seam movement on the offer it is a matter of time Naseem picking another.

18 runs partnership so far , they looking good for 400 here , kiwis tail is not that bad.

these hugs after a good piece of ground fielding (by Pak standards) are getting cheeky

If NZ reach 400 that will be a good score. Pakistan would be disappointed to let them go to 400+ after having them 279/6.

Wow missing quite a bit there. To the naked eye, it didn't seem like a whole lot of bounce there.

Pakistan better take a wicket in the next 15 overs. Once ball ges softer it will become even harder.

Waqar is a big fan of Hassan Ali. In fact most of the coaches and team mates love him.

31 runs partnership , these runs will hurt Pakistan in the final innings , mark my words

Abrar gets the big breakthrough and bowls out Blundell.

Would be big if they can restrict them to 350 now.

Ball keeping low already.

Hopefully deteriates for the last innings.

Quite a disciplined bowling display.

People are calling this team boring but they are sticking together, bowling at least like professionals with pride and come back pretty well from a very tough start. Well done and you have to say, well lead too.

Lucky wicket for Abrar. He’s been disappointing this game needs to work on leg breaks

We will know how th pitch behaves only when Pakistan start batting. 350 is still a good score for NZ, Pakistan can't afford to relax.

And if Pakistani batsman got out straight after scoring his fifty he would be accused of playing for himself.

Lol at Abrar and Mystery. Most predictable bowler I have seen of late. He now days carries the look where am I going to get my next wicket from?

Wonder how the pitch could be like for day 4 or 5.

Do Pakistani pitches deteriorate or was that an aberration?

Based on last 5 tests i saw here, deterioration is not significant. But even this kind of behavior can introduce enough doubt in batsman's mind

It's sad to see Hasan Ali's decline. Some technical problems have crept into his action due to injuries. He needs to iron out his issues with a professional bowling coach before returning back to cricket.

Nice leggie there by Abrar. Tossed it up a bit wide and got the batter to come & attack. Good spin and easy stumpings for Sarfraz.

Most predictable bowler is now up to 26 wickets & counting in his 4th match.

NZ I fear already has a very good first innings score on this wicket.

He's bowling quite well this spell, a but unlucky not to be in the wickets column. What technical problems have you noticed?

Waqar mentioned that he noticed a slight change in his action and delivery stride as a result of his injuries and that is resulted in Hasan Ali losing a good 8-10 km/hr in pace.

Mir Hamza and Naseem Shah and even Abrar have badly let Naseem Shah down.

Terrible bowling to the tail. Nothing new just picking up where they left off vs everyone else.

I get the feeling that 320 was something to bowl at here, so 390+ is looking very strong.

Henrys rode his luck well. Plenty of mishits have fallen short of fielders.

Shaun Tait needs to be let go after this series.

It's very easy to predict this game

Our batting will fold in no time. Won't even cross 200.

A leg spinner is crap if even the number 11 is comfortably milking him.
