Younus Khan has been giving catching practice to fast bowlers ever since he stepped on the crease. If it wasn't for spinners, he wouldn't have made this so far. It is safer if he plays this position through out the whole series.

I can't speak for Jayawardene, but Younus was proven ineffective against pacers. That is not shocker. He just got out to the catching practice trying to prove he can play pacer with such ease.

Mohammad Yousuf is not under pressure type of batsman despite of being world-class batsman. Both had Inzimam to rely on just in case if they had failed which sort of gave them some confident.

thats coz he is not a natural batsman. just survived coz of his temperament, otherwise, he doesnt hv enough shos to score, particularly against fast bowlers
