Not sure who to support :(

The country I was born or the country I live in. I'll just support the winner :D

They should play azhar as opener, Asad at 3, Harris at 6.
No more Hafeez.
Azhar and Shehzad can bowl some overs to give respite to the main bowlers.

NZ XI.
1 Tom Latham, 2 Brendon McCullum (capt), 3 Kane Williamson, 4 Ross Taylor, 5 Corey Anderson, 6 James Neesham, 7 BJ Watling (wk), 8 Tim Southee, 9 Mark Craig, 10 Ish Sodhi 11 Trent Boult.

Just watching this series to see how many runs YK & Misbah score, And to see Misbah most successful test captain for Pakistan. No other interest in series.

"Karthik, just to let you know that the weather in Abu Dhabi has changed considerably from last week and its a bit cold in the morning, morning session will be different from Aussie series "
Interesting :13:

Another record broken !! rejoice PP Misbah won three tosses in a row after two years !!

Lots of complacency from the pakistan fans before this game, I'm not so sure it's going to be so easy...

Nz have good spinners Pak wil not have easy passages like they had against Aussies

Good toss to win! NZ spinners are rubbish :P
Southee and Boult are their main weapons!

A lead of 100+ runs in first innings, and we won the match.

Boult and Southe are one of the best new ball bowling pair and they are going to create problems and we all know how much successful Hafeez is against the moving ball

So how many overs do you think hafeez will take?

The color themes for the scoreboard is pretty cool. Grey for NZ and Green of Pak :D

I don't mind hafeez playing to be honest, as a bowling all rounder which essentially is what he is, averaging almost the same as mccullum- it's just Id rather he didn't open.

Already the NZ attack looks like they are pitching it up unlike the Aussies

NZL attack looks more potent then Aus already, in terms of the new ball bowling

Southee has 24 wickets in 6 tests in the SC

Pace is mid 130ish and decent swing. These NZ bowlers could be a handful - we need to play carefully right now, blunt them and then go for their spinners

Grant has surely worked with Hafeez, his feet have been moving from ball 1. Anyone else notice this ???

There was the false shot from Hafeez, almost gone..needs to stop fishing outside off-stump

I think Hafeez is a lost cause, he will never learn..you can hire any coach in the world to try to teach him

why are we playing him as an opener against probably the 2nd best swing bowling attack in the world

The team management is stubborn and so is Hafeez, don't know why he doesn't think of the big picture and just move down the order

Yes he is, I remember when he used to average 40-45 in test cricket, credit to NZL in nurturing his talent

PCB could learn a thing or two from them

He worked hard got right guidance.

Pakistan players do not work hard enough , they satisfied with what they are , you need to challenge yourself to get to next level.

Southee's got some serious stats here in Asia. NZ pacers already looking more threatening in these few overs than the Aussie pacers in the whole series.
