Don't think there's anything disgraceful considering Pakistan's middle order is locked. The only way we'll see him is if Azhar opens, which won't happen. Don't expect Haris to play until Misbah or Younis retire, or a middle order bat becomes injured.

I'm on no agenda, I'm just saying we shouldn't expect Haris to be picked in the near future. I'm as eager as you to see him in the team, but realistically speaking, he won't be there till next year. Ideally, Azhar should have opened with Hafeez this game, Shafiq at 3, while Haris slots in at 6.

Unfortunately Pakistan is the only country where money talks in sports. PCB really needs to be privatised, then we can expect to see just selections. They already made a mess of the hockey/squash teams, can't let these vultures destroy cricket.

EXACTLY! Considering his domestic stats and how he performed in the warm-up matches. Haris Sohail was better off not doing well so he wouldn't get selected. He missed out on the UAE ODI series and also current FC games
